Dario é un padrone di casa molto accogliente ed attento al benessere degli ospiti. Ha poi una cagnolina - Giulietta - molto intelligente, che viene incontro agli ospiti con allegria, curiosità e molta dolcezza.

Mieszkanie Laury, jest w bardzo fajnej okolicy. 7 min spacerem od ścisłego centrum, dzięki temu dość łatwo było znaleźć darmowe miejsce postojowe (w maju). Zaraz obok mieliśmy piekarnie, kawiarnie i duży sklep spożywczy. Mieszkanie był bardzo czyste, mała kuchnia ale całkiem nieźle wyposażona. Byłam w stanie przyrządzić w niej śniadania, kolacje i obiady, które jedliśmy na tarasie. Taras cudny, bardzo wygodny, nasłoneczniony przez połowę dnia. Łazienka dobrze wyposażona, prysznic niby niewielki, a bardzo wygodny w użytkowaniu. Największy plus za sypialnie. Cudowny materac - zabrałabym go chętnie do domu, plus bardzo przyjemna pościel i kołdra (w maju nie jest upalnie, więc doceniam ciepłą kołdrę). Spałam tam jak dziecko. Komoda i szafa z bardzo dużą ilością wieszaków - sprawdziła się super dla 2 dorosłych. Kontakt z Laurą absolutnie wyborny. Pomagała we wszystkim. Zgodziła się też na check in 3 godz przed czasem, za co bardzo dziękujemy. Polecam na maxa!

Sehr gut gelegene Unterkunft. Die Altstadt von Alghero ist schnell und gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Perfekter Abstellplatz für das Auto hinter dem Haus

Great location and amazing host! My girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 days and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to a beautiful beach and excellent restaurants. There’s plenty to do both during the day and at night, especially for couples. Marco, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Any time we needed something or had a question, he was just a quick message away and always responded promptly with great advice since he is a local and understands Alghero well. The apartment itself was very comfortable. The shower had strong pressure (great for washing hair!), there was always plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning cooled the place down quickly, perfect after a warm day out. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I highly recommend staying here!

What a brilliant flat in the heart of alghero. We stayed for a week and are already planning our next trip here. It’s right in the middle of the centro storico, with beaches on either side. Although it’s in the middle of quite a busy area, the flat itself it’s very quiet and private. Loads of restaurants and bars very close by. We will miss waking up to that view!

Gabriella’s place was one of my favourite places I have rented. The check in process was very easy and clear instructions were provided. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very well furnished. They even bought a park n play for our baby girl, which was so nice! And there was a high chair provided. The place really is 3 minutes walk from the Beach, which was great with a family. The hosts provided great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. They were also so thoughtful and knowing it was our son’s birthday they bought him a gift, which was a beautiful surprise. Honestly, I wish we had stayed there even longer and I hope to come back one day. 100% recommend

Wir durften die ersten Gäste in dieser Unterkunft sein und Mary war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sie war stets erreichbar und hatte viele Tipps für die Umgebung. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie beschrieben, bzw. auf den Fotos dargestellt. Sehr sauber und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. toll war für unseren Hund, dass der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in wenigen Minuten ist man in Alghero und am Strand.

Das Haus ist absolut top, groß und perfekt gelegen, alles genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, hat nicht viel Arbeitsfläche aber dafür gibt es einen großen Esstisch 😉 beide Bäder sind gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll und riesig. Wir hatten ebenfalls das Problem bzgl. Wasser und WLAN aber Irene hat uns sofort geholfen, sodass das überhaupt kein Thema war, damit kann man in südlichen Ländern rechnen. Irene ist eine absolut vorbildliche Gastgeberin, flexibel und geht auf Wünsche ein, sodass wir die Möglichkeit bekommen haben früher einzuchecken und später auszuchecken, was für uns einfach klasse war! Soggiorno a casa Karmis perfetto. Appartamento molto carino e ben tenuto, con tanti spazi e una terrazza meravigliosa vista mare. Pulizia della casa davvero eccellente, nonostante fosse grande non c’era nulla fuori posto né nulla che non fosse pulito e profumato. Ylenia è stata una persona davvero gentile, molto disponibile anche a darci consigli sul luogo, oltre che essere molto chiara nel fornirci tutte le informazioni della casa. Rapporto qualità prezzo giustissimo. Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio!

Das Haus und der große Garten sind ein echtes Paradies! Es gibt tolle Plätze um zu entspannen, es ist super ruhig und der Sonnenuntergang ist phänomenal. Sehr gute Ausstattung, es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Wir konnten sogar einige Früchte und Kräuter aus dem Garten ernten. Der Kontakt zu Annarita war sowohl vor der Reise als auch während der Reise hervorragend und immer schnell. Die Nähe zu Alghero und zu vielen schönen Stränden, Wanderungen und zur Küstenstraße ist ein absolutes Plus. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen und werden definitiv irgendwann wieder kommen.

100% recomendable, la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada, teníamos todo lo que necesitábamos. Las zonas exteriores son maravillosas y disfrutamos mucho de la pisicina y la barbacoa Davide estuvo siempre atento a todo lo que necesitábamos y fue muy amable. Nos recomendó actividades por la zona y sitios donde comer y cenar Repetiría sin dudar

Somos 7 amigos que alquilamos la casa entera para nuestras vacaciones en cerdeña. El lugar superó nuestras expectativas, está muy bien equipado, aunque no necesitábamos tanto porque solo íbamos a comer y dormir, pero se nota mucho la dedicación. Trabajo en hoteles y me fijo mucho en la limpieza, estaba todo impoluto. El acceso autónomo también nos sirvió porque nuestro vuelo llegó por la madrugada, y Roberto estuvo atento a nuestros mensajes incluso a esa hora. Muchas gracias ha sido una estancia muy agradable.

Tout est fait, dans une grande simplicité, pour que vous vous sentiez chez vous dans ce logement parfaitement conforme à l’annonce, situé au milieu d’oliviers, de vigne et d’un magnifique potager mais dans le respect de votre intimité. Ajoutez à cela une situation géographique idéale pour découvrir les nombreuses richesses touristiques du secteur à faible distance. hem estat cinc dies i ha estat perfecte. Alessandra i tot l'equip han estat molt amables i atents en tot moment. destacaria la ubicació per la seva tranquilitat i al mateix moment proximitat a l Alguer i a platges meravelloses. inclús ens van oferir fer una ruta en veler que va ser espectacular. el jardí amb la piscina relaxant i molt ben cuidat.

Absolutely lovely stay! Gorgeous and spotlessly clean. Luciana and her daughter were extremely helpful and friendly, and their family restaurant is excellent. It worked great for us and our 1 year old. Would love to come back one day!

Der Aufenthalt bei Gabrielle war einfach perfekt. Die Begrüßung war so herzlich das man sich gleich wie Zuhause gefüllt hat. Gabrielle hat uns tolle Tipps für die umliegenden Strände und Restaurants gegeben und war immer für uns erreichbar. Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man gebraucht hat und der Ausblick war einfach magisch. Die Altstadt von Alghero war wunderschön und ca. 15 min entfernt. Der Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber und so hat es uns, an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank für Alles, Gabriella ❤🥰😍🌸🌷

Pobyt był bardzo udany, ładny apartament z super lokalizacją (minuta do dużego marketu) ( 5min pieszo na piękną plażę) (ogromny darmowy parking przed budynkiem) Bardzo sprawnie i na bieżąco kontakt z Gospodarzem Polecamy bardzo serdecznie 👌🏻

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

If you plan on visiting Bosa (and you should!) look no further than this lovely apartment. Well located on a quiet street, it was easy to find and get inside. And parking right on the street in front of the house. The host and his/her staff are fabulous! Very helpful and responsive to our every need! ( including our locking ourselves out). We were 2 elderly/old/kinda old couples and our stay was perfect. Nothing to improve on! Grazie tanto per tutti! Ciao!
