Located on 6 acres of the Chihuahuan desert, adjacent to owners' home, who is always available, with nearest neighbors nearly one half mile away. So quiet, only birds, and the occasional coyotes can be heard, a spiritual retreat for those in need of respite.

This spacious & quiet casita is very close to popular hiking trails and feels remote while being less than 15 minutes from I-25, NMSU, and both hospitals. This home has a full kitchen, king bed, open living room, work nook, bar stool dining, & much more. Dogs are welcome - there is an enclosed side yard with tall walls for your use. Welcome to the Desert Dome! We are located in small village of Chaparral, NM. This is a great spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of life while still having all the city amenities close by. You can find lots of hiking and biking trails in the area. We love furry friends, and would be happy to have your pets here too. There is a fenced in back area for their use. All pets must be leashed if not in the fenced area.
