It has a SPA area and yard with cushioned furniture and lounge chairs, as well as a beautiful stone courtyard with BBQ. On the first floor, there is a dining room with a fireplace and a TV, a sofa bed, a professionally equipped kitchen connected to the veranda, equipped with a place to eat. Two bedrooms with amenities for the most discerning guests are located on the second floor.

A view of the historical hilltop castle wall highlights the surrounding colorful houses, built into the hillside. Below, the remnants of the Byzantine Aqueduct can be seen, showcasing the area's rich history and architectural features. The sky features a mixture of clouds.

It is a 150 sqm lounge apartment that will offer you the most comfortable holidays in Kavala. It has 3 bedrooms, a comfortable bathroom which is equipped with jacuzzi and separate shower area, a large functional kitchen, dining area and a 300 sqm spacious outdoor garden area with BBQ. The main "attraction" in our home is our indoor pool. You can freely use it privately for 24 hours.

Our place is an apartment on the second floor of a house close to the city centre, parks, sightseeings, and a sports area. We live on the third floor so if you need anything, the door is always open. Wonderful place in the most beautiful location. The village and the mature around is breaking. Haris was wonderful and friendly. The house is beautiful with a cherry tree in the garden with amazing fruits we defently come back.

We stayed in Kavala for 3 days and had a great experience. The location was perfect and our host Marina was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the photos, fully equipped with everything we needed. Its central location made it easy and enjoyable to explore the city, and being in a safe neighborhood gave us peace of mind and helped us relax. Marina was very kind, helpful and really caring during our stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kavala!

Despina is a great host. You can get a very quick response, and the view from the accommodation is great. You can walk around the old town and there are many restaurants nearby. However, it is difficult to find a parking space on weekends, so we recommend using a paid parking lot near the property.

We loved our stay at Balconies on Sea. Aside from the gorgeous sea views over the sea and distant mountains (even better at sunset), the apartment was stylish and super clean and had everything you need for a few days stay, with lovely swimming right in front of the apartment and on the little beaches in the quiet little resort of Skala Sotiros where it’s located. We found some great tavernas nearby too. We will be back!
