We had an incredible stay at Les Roussieres. Anne was brilliant at keeping in touch in the run up and made herself available for when we wanted to arrive, along with brioche and a bottle of wine. The surroundings are stunning, and if you want to travel around there is lots to do, but with such a phenomenal house you could just stay in for the week and be perfectly happy. I would 100% recommend a stay here, if you can.

Notre séjour chez Jacques s’est très bien passé. Le logement est paisible, propre et décoré avec goût. Les instructions ont été très utiles pour trouver le logement facilement. Jacques a été très serviable en nous mettant à disposition une table à repasser pour préparer nos tenues car nous étions de cérémonie. Merci pour tout!

Gite très propre, très ordonné et très agréable. L'endroit est magnifique aussi bien le lieu que le gîte. Tout est parfait. Les hôtes sont très disponibles et accueillant. J'ai hâte d'y retourner

Un hébergement conforme à sa description en tout point. Propreté du lieu, équipements nécessaires disponibles et un accès simple. Un cadre reposant avec une très belle terrasse. A souligner la réactivité de Simon, au top! 👍

Logement spacieux et agréable, dans un quartier tranquille. Les vitres sont en simple vitrage, donc il peut y avoir un tout petit peu de bruit quand les voitures passent, et il peut faire un peu froid sans le chauffage.

logement en hyper centre, correspondant au descriptif, prestations professionnelles ( propreté, équipements..) . L accès par l escalier a été un peu compliqué pour ma mère de 85 ans( marches hautes, très pentues pour accéder au premier étage). Quartier bruyant la nuit, bruit qui passe un peu en fond sonore ; si on est sensible prévoir des boules quiès. Enfin la terrasse ne nous a semblé d aucun intérêt. Je pourrais recommander ce logement.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Julie. L'appartement est super ! C'est beau, propre, pratique, près du tram, station de vélo, bus et beaucoup de choses peuvent se faire à pied. Proche supermarchés (carrefour et biocoop). Pour un séjour long c'est génial😊.

Logement très bien situé, confortable et plein de charme. L’hôte est extrêmement réactif et vraiment flexible, ce qui rend le séjour d’autant plus agréable. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande vivement !

Quite easily the best place we have stayed at through Airbnb. Julie and Isabelle were a joy to deal. Nothing was too much hassle including providing a boules set half way through our stay & a couple of inflatables for the kids to use in the pool. The gated villa is located in a quiet suburb of Nantes in a private secluded cul de sac & isn’t overlooked by any properties. There is a nice boulangerie a 5 minute walk away. There are several huge supermarkets within easy driving distance. We caught the tram into Nantes with the tram stop a 10-minute walk away. A taxi back to the villa cost €15. We were a group of 6 adults & 6 kids (aged 2-5) & at no point did we feel on top of ourselves. It’s beautifully decorated with huge rooms & a flowing dining room/living room, leading onto the well-kept gardens (& secret boules court) & the heated large swimming pool that our kids rarely left all holiday. The villa is immaculate & well stocked.

Nous avons passé un agréable weekend dans cette location pour notre mariage. Alix a été très accueillante et disponible tout au long du séjour. De nombreuses activités sont présentes sur place : ping pong, piscine, billard, baby foot… La cuisine est très bien équipée. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Très bel endroit, avec de grandes chambres bien équipées. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable. L'endroit est idéal pour une petite fête de famille ou entre amis. La nuit, nous avons vu un magnifique ciel étoilé, vu le peu de pollution lumineuse dans les environs. Cédric est très réactif et arrangeant.

What a beautiful home. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here for a week with our children. Bertrand was a great host, very responsive and helpful. We found everything we needed and the location was right next to a huge park, the journey into Nantes was easy and the airport 20 mins drive away. Very comfy beds, gorgeous pool area and we had everything we could need.

Maison moderne très agréable, tout confort ! Nous avons bien profité de la piscine chauffée et de sa terrasse. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Je conseil vivement !

Beautiful property with a responsive and friendly host! We were there to celebrate an engagement with a small party and we did not want to leave. It was relaxing and perfect for hosting. A little bit of a journey to the centre, but taxis and buses were regular and easy to access. There were lots of additional services available at a charge. Thank you Amelie!

What a beautiful home! Anne was very friendly & flexible with check in & responsive to our questions throughout our stay. We were 2 families with 4 children & the house was fantastic! It is in an ideal location for relaxing away from it all, whilst also being on the edge of a city with plenty of culture & restaurants at your fingertips. The supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, which was perfect for us as we ate many meals at home. The pool was warm, very clean & safe for children with a good design using stepped access. The house opens up to create a seamless transition from inside to outside-this was perfect for cooking/eating/playing in the pool and keeping an eye on everyone. The showers were hot and powerful and the blackout shutters were a dream for giving the children a long sleep!! The kitchen is well equipped and there is both washing machine & dryer. There is a lovely patisserie in Sautron that we walked to through the woods. What a relaxing stay we had-thanks Anne et Fabrice!
