Wonderful forest trails start right behind the house. 3 beach resorts and an adventure pool with sauna are within walking distance about 1.5 km away. In the village there is an excellent baker and a village shop. A quaint narrow-gauge steam locomotive has a stop in the village. Climbing rocks 500 m away. In winter, the best maintained cross-country ski trail network, as well as small downhill slopes can be reached in about 25 minutes

Flat in the old “Ponitzer Mühle” - mill

The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

Our apartment is located in Sosa, only 8 km (11 min.) from Eibenstock and the swimming gardens. Nearby you can take advantage of many tourist attractions as well as enjoy beautiful hiking and cycling trails in beautiful nature. The Sosa dam is within walking distance of the apartment. The place offers cozy gastronomic facilities, various shopping facilities, baker, butcher, an ATM and near the apartment an Erzgebirge carving studio.
