Located on the 3rd and top floor with mountain views, the sun illuminates the living room. Access to the outdoor heated pool and sauna is free. All amenities are at the foot of the accommodation: restaurants, supermarkets, rotisserie, equipment rental, the car will remain parked in the outdoor parking lot (paid), 50 m away. Nestled at 1250 m, in a fully renovated 18th century farmhouse with beautiful amenities (private sauna and Nordic bath). The "Les Dourioux" gîte is a peaceful, spacious and friendly haven. 10 minutes from La Draye (cross country skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding), 35 minutes from the resorts: Les Orres, Crevoux, Réallon. Summer and winter hikes from the house. A place that is both surrounded by nature but close to the amenities of the town of Embrun and Lake Serre-Ponçon (10 minutes), to discover water activities.
