The cabin is an open space with double bed, kitchenette and lounge, with views of rolling pastures, mountains & wildlife in abundance. Kitchenette is simple, yet adequate for simple cooking. There is a small gas stove, fridge, kettle, toaster and rice cooker. The cabins do not have their own bathroom or toilet, these amenities are an easy 2 min walk from the cabin. While there is no Wi fi in the cabins, it is available in the main house. A fireplace heats the cabin during colder weather.

The Bird and Bike

This little flat, built into the end of our shed, is simple but quirky. Don't expect all brand spanking new plates and cutlery from Ikea - we've upcycled almost everything (except linen and towels). Set 30 metres from the main house, you'll have privacy to come and go as you please, but we love a chat if you do too! We're on 5 acres. Birdlife is right outside your door (- often including our chickens!). We're ten minutes walk from a beautiful estuary beach and 4km from Marlo township.

Quiet self-contained unit with abundant bird life

Our peaceful property is a quaint self contained unit which is separate from the main house and has bush views. Please note that we have recently changed our house rules and for safety and suitability reasons we no longer accept bookings with children. We also cannot accommodate pets. Please note that WiFi connection is poor inside the unit but ok on covered deck. No charging of EV permitted but there are two stations in town that we can ferry you too if we are available.

Country Farm House with rural views

This was for 3 of us & we all had seperate rooms. It was very warm & cosy despite the cold. The comfy beds had electric blankets & heating. A very cute, retro family home. Denise was very easy to contact & very helpful. If you go outside at night you get an amazing view of the stars & the milky way.

Thank you for the nice home you provided Raquel, it was perfect for us techs to come home and relax after the long hard days we putting in working up on telecommunication sites in the remote mountains in the area, we have more work on 2 more sites and will be staying again in 2 weeks time. An Absolute Gem! A Perfect Farm Stay Getaway with the Most Wonderful Host! The views were as amazing as the property description said. Amanda was simply wonderful! From arrival, she made us feel so at home, showing us our charming cottage and introducing us to the farm animals. Our daughter adored petting the chickens and collecting fresh eggs! The trampoline and play equipment were a hit too. Amanda's local tips were invaluable, helping us plan our days perfectly. When I asked if she had any books for our daughter, she promptly brought some over, which was incredibly thoughtful. Her warmth and genuine care made our long weekend unforgettable. We highly recommend her place for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and truly welcoming farm stay experience. Thank you, Amanda, for making our long weekend so special! We can't wait to come back!

Such a lovely stay - we booked late in the day and Jane worked fast to get everything ready for us! The little church had such charm and the way it’s been converted to an AirBnB is brilliant, as well as in-keeping with the rustic style 😊 Amenities were great, showers were hot and Jane even provided firewood for us which made the cold evening nice and toasty inside!
