You will find in the house everything what you need for everyday life. On the 1st floor - an equipped kitchen opened to living room, toilet. On the 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed, 2 single beds) and bathroom. On the ground floor entrance, garage for small car and washing machine. You can park in the alley .

Nice spacious studio in the middle of Issoire. The pedestrian street is lively especially on Saturday morning, market day, but the apartment on the 3rd floor is quiet. It is bright with two large windows offering a nice view of the rooftops. Very good bakery right next door and Monoprix/Fnac a stone's throw away! Free parking nearby.
