The setting is relaxing, the spacious terrace and the private pool clean and well maintained. Morad was a remarkable, caring and available host. I recently had the pleasure of staying this beautiful secluded villa, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The villa itself was an absolute dream – nestled away in a peaceful location, surrounded by nature, offering total privacy and tranquility. The interior was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, with every detail thoughtfully considered. What truly made the stay exceptional was the host. Imene was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. Whether it was local recommendations, making sure we were comfortable, or simply being available for questions, their hospitality made us feel right at home. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with all the comforts of a home, paired with outstanding service, with only a 4 minute drive to amazing private (and public) beaches this villa is the perfect getaway. Highly recommended! I would also like to say a special thank you to fouad who was very respectful, helpful and a true gentleman!

Everything is great

We had a great stay with family, the house was better than its description, spacious, clean, very convenient, very comfortable and well suited for a group of friends or a large family, nicely decorated, equipped with essentials, located in a quiet area and close to a beautiful beach 🏖️ The pluses of Casa Maria are its beautiful well-maintained vegetation and its pool that made the joy of young and old. A big thank you to Ismail for her welcome and to Noureddine for the good communication and kindness, very concerned for the well-being of her tenants. We'll be happy to go back!!

Accommodation true to the photos, clean, in a good location and close to all shops: pharmacies, grocery stores… 25 minutes from Oran. Beautiful sea view and incredible heated pool.

This listing is a real gem, we would have liked to have stayed longer. It was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. It smelled very good on arrival and Faiza is an extremely nice and helpful lady, we recommend ++++. Both adults and children felt at home. Thanks to our hosts we will come back if God wills it with great pleasure

we had a pleasant stay in a very well located place, very responsive host and very helpful welcoming, the accommodation was very well equipped ( laundry pod for coffee all we need) the accommodation was clean and very spacious the view is superb, I recommend accommodation.

Very nice accommodation, as described and in a good location. Close to the train station, about ten minutes' walk to the markets of Mdina Jdida, Bastille, Place d'Armes which is a real plus! The apartment is perfectly equipped (enough to cook, coffee machine, baby bed, washing machine, steam generator, etc.) which makes you feel at home. Waheb's welcome was warm and communication with Nathalie was easy and responsive. Thank you again, we will definitely book again for our next stay in Oran.

Concerned about your comfort, they are both welcoming and very warm. 3-day stay, swimming, nearby beach and the pool is a real plus. There is suitable catering on site. We came back at 2 p.m. from swimming and we were able to eat, you can even book. Excellent mint tea and smem, at breakfast or for a snack, in short at any time it is really nice. Next step the apartment with terrace with sea view :-)
