The place is best suited for 2 people. In the kitchen you can cook lighter meals. Stove, microwave, coffee maker and fridge with freezer compartment available. Smart TV with Chromecast and Soundbar with Bluetooth connection. Bathroom with toilet, shower, washer and dryer. Sauna and an outdoor hot tub with hot water. 2 bicycles are included.

Here the noise level is quiet, it smells of forest and the air is clean. If you're looking for a place to unwind, you've found the right place. The house is built of wood from the same forest as the house stands in and the insulation is shavings from the floors and walls. For us, it's organic and local important to take care of.

This is a old barn that is easy renovated. We have internet and tv with chromecast, however its not always that it works. If you need tv or internet to survive we recommend that you search for something closer to city. This house/ cottage suits family’s who wants to be close to nature. The house is 100meters from the sea Helgasjön. Fireplace directly by water is provided when asked. We speak German and English. We do have boats with 5 to 10ps engines that can be rented by guests.

Overnight in this cozy apartment with proximity to beautiful nature. The area is a quiet newly built residential area. Bus stop is 2 minutes by foot from the apartment. Bus to Centrum takes 17 minutes, arena town 12 minutes. Departures every 20 minutes. Free parking at the apartment There is a 120 bed and a 90 bunk bed. The sofa is 90cm wide and 175cm long, you can also sleep there if needed. The staircase is steep, but walkable. The apartment is in the garage building.

Here is a simple lifestyle: the food is cooked over an open fire or in the outdoor kitchen, drinking water is collected from the pump house, which is bathed outdoors or in the lake and toilet visits are done on luxury das. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Lake House at Skälsnäs Mansion in Småland

On a peninsula of the famous Lake Helga in Småland, with a rich fish population, forests and an abundance of animals, we rent out a lake house directly on the lake. Horses and sheep graze on the property, which was once owned by Gustav Wasa. Dogs (max. 2) are welcome, at a cost of € 12 per dog/night. A boat (4.5 hp motor) can be hired for €50/day including fuel. You can also rent our ‘Guesthouse’ (see there) and ‘Brygghus’ (see there), both with lake view.
