Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

Marie and Dominque's home was stunning!!! The home was private, spacious and impeccably designed for a larger travel party. We were travelling with adult children and found the home extremely comfortable and it met our every need. The house is conveniently located near the Bay of Agay which had delicious patisseries and markets - it was a lovely walk for our morning croissants. The kitchen was a gourmet's dream and the views from every room were breath-taking. We cannot wait to come back!!!

We had a pleasant stay with the family. Very beautiful area to visit. And the house was superb with all the amenities described. Too cool to swim but the pool is beautiful. I would highly recommend 🥰

Thank you very much for the wonderful time at your terrific villa. This place exceeded our expectations: it is highly equipped, modern, beautiful, and cozy. The view and the garden are just stunning. We were choosing among several other villas, and we were definitely lucky to stay here. You truly feel at home. Every detail in this place is filled with great attention, soul, and love. The only small point was with the heated pool — although we paid for it in cash, the water (including at the supply holes) remained chilly, so we couldn’t tell or proof if it was actually heated. Other than that, it’s really impressive how well you take care of this villa. We were two families, six people in total, and a small dog. The direct access from the bedrooms to the garden was a perfect feature for our little fluffy friend. Thanks once again for your hospitality and thanks a lot for making our stay so enjoyable! 🤗

It is my 2nd time having my holidays with my friends at Aude’s villa. The experience is wonderful. It is totally private and spacious. Aude is a very warm host and communication is superb! Highly recommended to anyone looking to have a holiday with peace and privacy in south France!

Lovely place! The view was indescribably beautiful. Lovely with access to the beach, as well as walking distance to bakery and restaurants. The host was also very nice and always responded quickly.

We really Trully had an amazing time. The house was equipped with everything we needed.. The outside area the pool, the outdoor kitchen and bathroom the outdoor living room truly amazing. The host was incredible. She welcomed us and left us a lot of yummy food, snacks, fruits, bottles of wine and beers. Great attention to detail. Prime location. We have 1000% recommend!!

The nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed at! Manon was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. When we arrived Manon greeted us with fresh pastries, fruit and wine, and gave us loads of information and recommendations for the area. The accommodation itself was stunning, spacious and clean, and the decor and artwork were incredible. The view from the terrace was breathtaking, especially at night. Everything we could possibly need was supplied, and even things we didn't know we needed! I would return in a heartbeat to this beautiful villa😊 Thanks Manon!

Excellent place. Cedric is an amazing host! Well located with a nice supermarket around the corner, and 20 minutes drive to Cannes. The swimming pool is well heated and the house air-conditioner works very well. I loved that the living room is very spacious for that day when the weather is not the best. Otherwise, the area around the house is perfect. The setting for barbecue is top. No problems whatsoever. We have rented many houses in the area and this was the best value for the money.

Cyril’s villa is an absolute gem! We were a family of 7, including 3 children from 9-14. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. A feast for the eyes wherever you look, however it didn’t feel cluttered, more masterfully curated. Wonderful lamps throughout giving beautiful lighting come evening. Beds were comfortable and we have returned to England having placed an order for continental pillows! It was immaculately clean and the housekeeper, Berangere was so kind to welcome us on our arrival and walk us through the villa. The pool was the main reason we booked the villa and it didn’t disappoint! It was the star of the show, our children loved it and we used it every day. Vence town is a 10 minute stroll away with so many charming places of interest. We used Uber for all our journeys and days out, very reasonable and the app is so easy to use. A visit to Saint Paul De Vence is a must! Cyril was a lovely host and was very responsive to any enquiries before our trip. We hope to return soon!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect in every way. We were excited by the photos, and the house didn’t disappoint! Stylish inside and out. Wonderful to stay somewhere that says it caters for 10 people and truly does that: enough dinner seating, sun beds, crockery etc. Two families across 3 generations staying together for a week. Perfect layout and space for all: studio for grandparents, en-suites for all rooms, cinema room for watching England vs Spain in Euros (even if the score wasn’t to everyone’s liking…). The location is stunning, with fabulous views. Cabris is a lovely village & the restaurant recommendations were excellent. Great to be able to quickly walk into village for everything, even tennis. With a 9 year old & two teenage girls, it felt very safe to let them head off together for breakfast croissants or evening ice creams. Ian and Jacques were perfect hosts from start to finish. Thank you! We will definitely be back, hopefully even next year!

What a brilliant find this Villa is and Louis was a perfect host. The view from every vantage point in this property is simply breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of Cap D'Antibes, Juan le Pin and Saint Marguerite. The pool is beautiful, the villa spacious, modern and clean with all mod cons included. It is tastefully furnished with very good air conditioning and lighting. There is a supermarket 3km which you could spend all day in its that well stocked. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Mougins villa during the Cannes Film Festival, and it truly enhanced our experience. The villa's tranquil setting provided a perfect retreat after the festival's excitement. The check-in process was seamless, and Carole's attention to detail was evident throughout our stay. The spacious layout and pristine pool area offered both comfort and luxury. Being just a short drive from Cannes, the location was ideal for our needs. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a serene yet accessible getaway in the South of France.

Perfect, fabulous view

Amazing place to stay - beautiful house and garden, very clean with lots of things to do. Very clean and well maintained - few minutes walk to a lovely little town with nice restaurabts and close to the sea. Communication with the hosts was super easy, definitely recommend!

First of all, we have to note that Joelle and Laurent were fantastic hosts! Beverages and small welcome snacks, as well as a variety of cold drinks in the fridge – we felt immediately welcome! In addition, there were great tips for restaurant visits and excursions in the area, as a farewell there was a small gift basket with specialties from the region. Once again, a very warm thank you for the great hospitality! Let's get to the house itself: the photos don't promise too much – the villa in Le Rouret is just a dream! A beautiful view, coupled with many opportunities for active recreation. We, a family of four with 2 children (11 and 14), were able to let off steam at the badminton, play table tennis in one of the most beautiful places and hop into the fantastic pool to cool off. We had a magical stay in Henrik’s beautiful home. The outside space and views were fabulous, with us spending most of our time congregating around the outside dining table. The location was perfect being a very short drive to the wonderful town of Valbonne (fab market on Friday’s), as well as Antibes, Grasse and Saint Paul De Vence. We were sorry to leave and would love to return.

We had an amazing stay at Roberto’s villa! The property is absolutely beautiful — the pool was perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing dip. The rooms are cosy, warm, and tastefully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. Roberto was also a fantastic host — welcoming, responsive, and full of great local tips. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

A wonderful stay with my family. We have a 1 year old son and this was perfect. Pool is close but out of sight, and no stairs to worry about inside the apartment. Anne was brilliant and very dear with instructions. Valbonne is a wonderful town and very very close by. The area is so beautiful. A wonderful week! X
