Vacation rentals with lake access in Općina Murter-Kornati

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

The place was clean and spacious, the host provided us with a homemade drink “Rakia”, and we could pick vegetables from the local garden. The host took care of the pool regularly. The neighborhood was quiet and yet within reach of the beach (5 minutes by car or 15 minutes). Extremely satisfied for us. Thank you!:)

We felt very comfortable from the beginning and were able to fully enjoy the time. The hosts were quick to respond to our requests. Communication went very pleasantly. The house itself had a modern and personal charm – it was super equipped, clean and left nothing to be desired. Self check-in/out was also very easy. A highlight was the large terrace. It was nicely and modernly designed and offered enough space for our group of 6 people. Also the barbecue on the terrace was great The proximity to the water was unbeatable! In less than a minute you are at the beach However, for everyday activities (e.g. shopping), a car is recommended. In summary, we can say that we had a wonderful time at the Ahoi house. Everything was clean, well equipped and lovingly designed. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay memorable. We are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back!

The stay in this accommodation was excellent. The fully furnished house with a huge terrace and barbecue is located only 50 meters from the sea with beautiful, clear water. The house was new, clean and fully equipped - from spices, cleaning products, pans, dishes to towels and coffee capsules. We were very pleased with the welcome wine and chilled mineral water. The price/quality ratio is excellent and I would definitely come back here. I definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends.

A very well-kept little cottage ideal for a holiday with a dog. The location is very central, a few meters from the beach. We enjoyed the holiday very much. Always worth a trip.

A mega great apartment, new, very clean and perfectly equipped. The landlords are very very nice, loving, friendly and a lot of pampered. We can only recommend the apartment.

We really enjoyed the stay! The apartment is surrounded by nature - that's what it makes a bit difficult to find but with the satellite view it wasn't a problem. The house had everything we needed and it was very clean! The view on the ocean was fantastic and it was so quiet. Mrs. Veronica was an excellent host, offered the most hospitality in her beautiful Villa that is cared for with lots of love! The apartment was much better then expected and the full stay was overall amazing. I strongly recommend it, its very close to the wonderful beach, which is for free and at the same time not crowded and and also next to it beautiful city which is walking distance away. We couldn’t wish for a better place! Thank you Mrs. Veronica for making out vacations unforgettable ❤️

We were always helped with problems, the hosts are just great! The area is quiet and super nice, beach can be reached quickly by stairs. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Small shop easily accessible nearby. We will be back next year!

My family and I rented Lea's apartment for over a week long stay in Pakoštane. This place exceeded our wildest expectations. Lea is a lovely host, and communicative , she was very quick to respond to our messages with questions, the apartment had everything you needed, and even more than we expected, like in our own home. And above all, very clean and fresh🤗🤗 Close to the beach (within 5 min walk) beautiful view from the balcony to the sea and nearby islands. Breakfast daily on the balcony 😎 Parking at the entrance of the block. It was one of the best of our vacations. Śime and his family are very welcoming, caring and kind hosts. The apartment was comfortable, fully equipped and very clean. A nice surprise for us was the welcome basket of fruit and drinks in the fridge. We are always ready to give advice on where to hang out or eat in Pakostane. The apartment itself is close to everything and together with this in a quiet and peaceful place, just behind the line of bustling seaside eateries with smoking fire pits in the evenings. On the last day, we were able to leave a few hours later and go to the beach in the morning, for which we would like to thank the hosts.
