The location is incredible. The property is close enough to easily access the sea or the lake, but also far enough away to make you feel like you're alone in the world. The activities and amenities on the property leave no one wanting for anything. One of our best stays anywhere in the world. Highly recommend!

A perfect stay from start to finish! The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: clean, cozy, perfectly equipped and decorated with great taste. It immediately feels like home. We enjoyed our stay a lot at Dragana’s beautiful Stone House. It is located in the old town and offers a lot of privacy. We spent a lot of lovely evenings with home made dinners on the terras or enjoyed barbecue in the backyard garden! Supermarkets and local market are not far away and one can walk there on foot. Larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches are more far and the best could be reached by car, bikes or electric steps. We highly recommend the Stone House to other guests!

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

lovely place... the house is perfect and site is gorgeous... we had a wonderful holidays. it takes 3 hours to go by boat from the coast (zadar).Ante can arrange the transfer (see détails section for the additionnal cost). we drank the rainwater from the tab (and add some micropure to be sure at first but after we even drank it without micropure and it was perfectly drinkable. kitchen is convenient. bathroom small but at 6 it was enough because not need to stay long. the small boat is convenient to go and visit others places. we recommand this place !

I can really recommend Villa Kona to anyone. It offers plenty of space, is clean and the proximity to the water and the private beach are simply fantastic if you want to switch off. Danijel is a very helpful and friendly host who responds to questions very quickly. A bakery and a small supermarket are within a 10-minute walking distance. Finally, it remains to say that it was a wonderful time and we would come back any time.

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

Our stay was exceptional. We had the place to ourselves. Everything was perfect. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the view and the tranquility. But the most unique aspect was the hospitality. We were welcomed by Nikola and Maria with a tray full of cakes and Turkish coffee. In the middle of the week, the host delivered freshly grilled fish to our door. We will definitely come back.

We had a great time in Murter and at Suzis apartment. The garden is really nice and it's very quiet and relaxing.

The apartment is very clean, nice, spacious and close to the beach and supermarkets. Stipo and his family are very kind, helpful and can communicate in more than one language which is something not to be underestimated. Highly recommended!

Apartment with a wonderful view, kind host. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Two adults and three children fit comfortably. Separate terrace for drying clothes. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't even use the air conditioning because the house is well ventilated.

We had a great time in the apartment, only a couple of minutes to the beach.
