Danijela's place is truly awesome. It's an excellent location for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty. Highly recommended for its romantic atmosphere, privacy, peace and luxurious proximity of the crystal clean blue waters.

Marija was such a great host and very accommodating. The place was very clean and had such a great location everything was in walking distance. I would definitely come back and stay again.

We stayed for 10 days in what can only be described as a unique, stunning and peaceful villa in a beautiful location. It was so lovely I could have stayed longer. Sandra was the perfect host, available to answer questions if required but otherwise we were left to enjoy our holiday ( she attended on our last day with a bottle of home made wine for us which was a lovely surprise). This was the perfect holiday to take time out, relax and visit the variety of restaurants in Sukosan.

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

Toller Aufenthalt in Zman bei Fabio. Das Haus mit Jacuzzi und Outdoorküche war sehr schön. Der kleine Ort bietet alles fußläufig, Einkaufsladen, schöne Badestelle, Restaurants. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön, kleine Wanderungen am Meer entlang bis zum nächsten Ort sind machbar.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Zadar. The space was absolutely spotless and looked just like the pictures—if not better! The terrace was a highlight, with plenty of comfortable seating and a hot tub we enjoyed a couple of times each day. It was the perfect place to relax after exploring. The location was great—walkable to Old Town Zadar, or just a quick and affordable Uber ride away. Our hosts, Mate and Martina, were fantastic—excellent communicators and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They made everything easy and welcoming. We felt right at home here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Pre super boravak, u prekrasnom, autohtonom okruženju, sa najboljim domaćinom ikad! Ivan se zbilja jako trudi da vam apsolutno ništa ne nedostaje, uvijek je na raspolaganju za sve što vam zatreba. Obavezno probati Ivanovu spizu u konobi, a da vaš boravak bude ekstra ugodan i udoban pobrinut će se domaćin. Mi smo stvarno uzivali i opustili se i sigurno se vraćamo opet. Svaka čast

Der Aufenthalt in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Fischerhaus war wundervoll. Einfach, aber völlig ausreichend. Mehr als genügend Handtücher, Dusch-und Strandtücher, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrtücher, Mülltüten etc waren vorhanden. Bettwäsche Wechsel und abholservice des Mülls hat uns Vesna immer wieder angeboten . Sehr aufmerksam!! Die einzigartige Lage zwischen den alten Olivenbäumen, 10 Schritte vom privaten Badesteg entfernt, ist perfekt um Ruhe und Erholung zu finden. Die Outdoor-Küche und Solardusche im Garten haben wir sehr genossen. Es sind wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten zu bemängeln.. Eine vierte Sonnenliege wäre schön gewesen, Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern , und die Info, dass es wirklich sehr sehr viele Seeigel gibt. Die Anfahrt zum Haus war für uns ein bisschen abenteuerlich, aber machbar. Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub mit unseren Mädels 13+10. ohne w-lan geht es auch mal 12 Tage !

Sehr angenehme und saubere Unterkunft mit netter kleiner Terasse und Meerblick. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, Supermarkt und Bäcker gleich um die Ecke. Durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage waren die Nächte sehr angenehmm. Tolle Lage, in ein ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Meer und bei Restaurantes. Ivanka und ihr Mann sind ausgesprochen nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ! Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Zuerst möchte ich mich bei marija, ivo und roko bedanken für die liebenswerte Gastfreundschaft. Die Insel ist Natur pur und ich konnte mich vom Alltagsstress so richtig erholen und neue Energie tanken. Das Haus hat alles notwendige und mehr, ist sehr sauber und macht die „Insel der ruhe“ Perfekt. Es war wirklich alles perfekt von den lieben Gastgebern bis zur Insel. Ich freue mich schon aufs nächste mal 🤗

Ivana’s place is perfect for anyone traveling on a budget and likes to explore. It is steps from the ocean, the area is very quiet, and it has everything you need. Just be aware the hot water heater for shower is on a switch in the kitchen that can be accidentally turned off like I did but Ivana was very quick to respond to this. I would absolutely stay here again.

Boli sme velmi spokojní. Pekná malá nepreplnená pláž kúsok od apartmánu, s podielom piesku, čisté more. Hostiteľka milá a nápomocná, apartmán čistý. Trochu vrzavé postele 🙂 klimatizácia v kuchyni bola v horúcich dňoch velmi užitočná .

Everything was perfect! Agata, her father, Zeljko and his wife were super friendly and always very helpful! Communication was super fast! The house is beautiful, really remote and calm! Perfect if you are looking for an island escape and are not in the mood for other people ;)

what a fantastic villa and a beautiful pool. The apartments are all of a high standard and it works brilliantly for a large group with plenty of space and quality pool amenities including wooden sun loungers. Murter is fantastic too with an array of excellent restaurants and bars and the views are fantastic. We loved every minute. Marko was a great host and responded to every request immediately.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans le logement de Katica. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous étions dans le logement du dernier étage ce qui nous a permis de profiter d’une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le logement en lui-même est fonctionnel, nous n’avons manqué de rien. Les espaces partagés au rez-de-chaussée (patio, billard, kicker, piscine) sont très bien : beaux, propres, on ne se marche pas dessus. 1,3km de marche jusqu’à la plage animée de Pakostane. La communication avec la famille n’était pas aisée pcq Katica ne parle pas anglais mais toujours cordiale, souriante et agréable.

Had an amazing stay, 2 beaches only 5 minutes walk from the villa, supermarket near by. Great host who responded quickly and was really helpful. Would 100% recommend

Lovely accommodation. Very clean. very comfortable bed. Lovely pool. Very sunny south facing aspect. Our balcony was lovely as we were upstairs. Family were all super friendly. We'd definitely go back.

We had such a lovely time in this beautiful villa in Murter. Everything was amazing from the first step inside the doors. The house is so well equipped, comfortable and clean. The pool outside provided so much fun and a much needed cool off from the heat. What a special treat to be welcomed with a lovely feast on top of it all. We had the perfect stay and will definitely be back.

Bardzo przyjemny pobyt. Byliśmy u Tomo 10 dni. Pokoje zgodne z opisem basem czysty i zawsze dostępny. Lokalizacja zdala od miejskiego zgiełku 30 minut spacerem do centrum miasta. Gospodarz zawsze pomocny i jak coś się zepsuło od razu przystąpił do naprawy. Serdecznie polecam!!!

We had a really nice stay! The host was most welcome and accommodating, our flight came in late and was no problem to check in at a later time. The pictures doesnt give the accommodation justice it was much better irl! The area was really nice aswell with walking distance to everything, nice restaurants and placeses to buy drinks and food. Martina fanns alltid tillgänglig. Väldigt trevligt och fint boende. Det ligger på landet med djur och natur runt huset. Skönt med egen pool att kunna svalka sig på Morgonen och på kvällen. Gick snabbt med bilen in till Pakoštane där det finns många olika stränder och Restauranger. Kan varmt rekommendera att ta en privat båttur ut till naturreservatet som ligger ca 1h ut med båt. Finns nere i hamnen i Pakoštane en väldigt bra guide med båt och allt. Kommer gärna tillbaka till detta boende ❤️ Mvh Niklas med familj
