You have a private parking spot right next to the apt, as well as a private terrace with dining table and comfy beach chairs. Your dog is very welcome, we allow only 1 dog.

Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

Welcome you to our cosy and mindful space, also used as an energy healing practice! Our studio is located in 'Oosterwold' an architectural freehaven and inspiring neigbourhood. Amsterdam and Utrecht are within 40 minutes reach if you wish to combine tranquility with city adventure. We have experienced that the house offers a wonderful stay for digital nomads. Our adjacent terrace is a lovely place to enjoy a good sunset and we are usually around to help you out with questions or requests!

Spacious studio/apartment on water in nature reserve

Our house is a comfortable and very bright waterfront house in the middle of nature reserve with its own terrace and jetty. The studio has a living room with fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, fireplace, TV with Netflix, double bed, separate private bathroom with rain shower and a separate toilet. Coffee, tea, shampoo and towels are provided. Good to know: we live above the studio/apartment ourselves, but there are no shared areas and guests have all privacy to themselves.

From the platforms you jump into the water, or you sail away with the supboard or the rowing boat! From the large kitchen you look over the water. With a staircase down you enter the living room where it is wonderful to live and you are on the ground floor with the water. A level below are the bathroom and bedrooms and you stand "eye to eye" with the water.

Het Tiny House is helemaal compleet met keuken, douche en toilet en een heerlijke relaxhoek. Slapen doe je op zolder, in de vide. Door de kleine raampjes heb je daar ook een mooi uitzicht op de directe groene omgeving.

The harbor, boulevard, shopping streets, squares with terraces, cafes and restaurants and the city beach can be found in the immediate vicinity. Harderwijk is surrounded by forest, water, heath and farmland. The Keizerin is a perfect base for beautiful day trips.

Studio Rest has its own entrance, bedroom (kingsize bed, chairs, open closet, tv), kitchenette (oven/ microwave, fridge with freezer, nespressomachine and watercooker). Terras with bbq and loungechairs. Also included your own parkingplace. There is no possibility for cooking.
