Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. Chalet Zuiderzee, a unique, soothing location on private property. Rurally located, in the middle of the old orchard is our cozy chalet. Unique location directly on the West Frisian surrounding dike with beautiful hiking and cycling routes. The historic center of Enkhuizen is about 5 km away, as well as the indoor swimming pool, recreational beach, sailing-surfing school, Sprookjes Wonderland, the Zuiderzeemuseum, Het Streekbos/Klimpark and the cozy shopping street with many restaurants.

Renovated old farmhouse near the IJsselmeer

Geniet van rust, ruimte en gezelligheid in deze authentieke stolpboerderij. Onze boerderij is gebouwd in 1904 naar West-Fries model, en heeft naast boerderij gediend als garniturenwinkel. Toen wij de boerderij kochten was hij 116 jaar oud, en had het nodige achterstallige onderhoud. Stukje bij beetje renoveren we het huis, zo heeft het nu weer goed functionerende verwarming! De opbrengst van Airbnb stoppen we weer in het huis, zo zijn we nu aan het sparen voor het renoveren van het dak.

In the beautiful West Friesland in Oostwoud, we rent a 4-person vacation home called "Papenveer". This vacation home is located in a small vacation park. It is located on a continuous waterway with beautiful views and privacy. Papenveer is a cozy, spacious cottage with a modern kitchen and fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms.
