Welcome to villa Cottage, a house in the dunes and near the sea, equipped with all the luxury and comfort. Here you can enjoy in all seasons! Very peaceful and quiet, and as soon as there is sunshine you enjoy life outside. Panoramic views, spacious terraces (with sun from morning to evening), barbecue, outdoor shower.... Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Landelijk gelegen op een dorpsplaats naast een kerk ( klok luid om het half uur) . Het huis is volledig ter jullie beschikking met eigen ingang. Jullie hebben geen last van ons, wij wonen naast het huis. Het huis beschikt over een woonkamer met ingebouwde keuken, een trap naar de boven verdieping waar een slaapkamer is. Bathroom with spacious shower. Kitchen with cooking hob, fridge, free Nespresso coffee and tea. Wi-Fi. The dike is about fifty meters from the studio. A maximum of 3 adults is allowed. I work with a key box. I do not offer any extra services. No TV.
