An apartment that meets our expectations, clean, practical and tastefully decorated. Conveniently located with stunning sea views. Our host was responsive and his directions were very precise. A place to remember in Dunkirk!

Wonderful apartment with astonishing sea view.

We arrived with 8 people and 2 dogs. The host is very friendly, helpful and always available! The beach is within minutes walking distance, the garden is really nice with direct access to the dunes. The amenities in the house were simply great, very lovingly decorated and very clean. We will be happy to come back!

This was our 2nd stay at Sofie's. The apartment is very nice, nicely decorated, with a particularly thoughtful layout of the space. You can enjoy the calm while being close to the sea and all amenities. Only small downside: the terrace passes in the shade quite early in the afternoon so do not hesitate to provide a small wool to fully enjoy it. Anyway, we'll be back with pleasure!

Very nice apartment right on the beach. You have a great view of the sea. The apartment was very clean, the kitchen super equipped. We were there in May, there were enough parking spaces available in the adjacent streets. For unloading and loading we would have to walk about 50-100 meters, as there would be no parking spaces available in the street that goes directly to the beach promenade. But it wasn't a problem. Restaurants and a small Spar within walking distance. A Carrefour is about 2 km away. Overall, it is still very quiet in May. Great beach for long walks with dogs (until 05/31 and again from 09/16 dogs are allowed on the beach all day).

Kristen's place was very comfortable with parking facility. The apartment is just near the sea (approx 100m). Restaurants and supermarkets are just around the corners. Fantastic location. would definitely recommend it.

The three of us felt comfortable in the studio. The view of the sea and the location are great. However, it must be known that there is no bedroom and no full bed available, but a foldaway bed and two sofa beds.

We had a wonderful weekend in the lovely 9. The apartment is clean, nice, well-equipped, as described. The views from the 9th floor are breathtaking and we were able to enjoy the beach and pool. The dream!

We came to Marie Hélène's to accompany our little one to the soccer tournament in Dunkirk this weekend! Ideal and very heavenly place for rest and resources! We enjoyed spending time on the terrace with the little sun we had! Thank you so much for the comfort provided during this short stay (extra bed) We will come back I think but as vacationers to enjoy all the amenities! Marjan's flat was gorgeous and clean. Everything was according to the description. The kitchen was super well-functioning; I cooked every day. We were here with our 3-year-old son, who loved everything. The city center is a 15-20-minute walk along the seaside. A private parking spot in the garage is a big plus. And the ever-changing fantastic view... I am already homesick! I certainly hope we will be back one day.

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Beautiful apartment, great clean house and nice communication

We had a nice stay, the instructions to access the accommodation are very clear. Parking is not very far, about 150 meters. There is everything you need in the kitchen and for the dishes! The bedding could be improved for even more comfort. Great place, we'll be back!

The apartmen great for us and our three kids (9, 7, 4): very clean and well maintained just a few meters from the beach. Check-in and check-out is all self service and very easy with Sam’s instructions sent the day before. Finding parking is challenging during tourist high season but you can park the car in front of the place while you temporarily unload. Had a fantastic stay and the apartment has everything you need!

We had a wonderful stay at Koksijde. The apartment is definitely worth 5 stars and is one of the best places we've had so far. The decor is high quality and immaculate, the kitchen is well equipped, the property modern and from our point of view very well located. Tim is a very good host and we felt comfortable from the beginning. Thank you and we will be happy to come back.

Great apartment and especially fantastic location - from the house, right on the beach and a playground on the other side (and the block in the morning from the window <3). That was great for our needs. Clean apartment and very well-equipped kitchen, with everything you need for cooking. Apartment looks like the pictures, clear recommendation, we had a good time.

We stayed here with our children of 3.5 and 4.5 years old. They loved that there were toys they could immediately get started with. The apartment was very clean and fully matched the photos. Elle had also left good instructions in advance. When we arrived, she also sent a message to ask if we could find everything okay and such. Very nice communication! Nice apartment, very close to the sea! Definitely recommended!

Apartment looked like the pictures! A very nicely mobilized apartment with a great layout! It is a quiet area. Shopping and beach are close.
