In the apartment you can enjoy a sauna and a spacious balcony. It has a well-equipped kitchen. To get to the city center, you can quickly get to the city through the Bridge, for example, on the bikes included in the rental. The apartment has an air source heat pump, so the nights go cool in the summer. Partying is prohibited.

Alapiha Arboretum Guesthouse and Sauna

Cozy guesthouse and sauna in a wild wooden park. There are about 250 different species of wooded trees and shrubs in a two-acre area. The tree was planted in 1970 and forms its own microclimate, where the air is clean and good to breathe. The area is partly still in natural space and renovation is being made in the area. Located in the countryside, near the city, along the highway, less than 10 minutes by car from the center of Joensuu. Parking is also possible by truck (please let us know in advance).
