Zona ideal para surf, parapente, bicicleta, running, senderismo, skate(skatepark junto a la playa). 2 dormitorios (uno de ellos se independiza de la zona de estar con cortinas), baño, salón-comedor y cocina equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora,...), zona de trabajo, impresora. Terraza cubierta para relajarse y comer. A 10 minutos del metro. Se encuentra a 20 minutos de Bilbao y a 5 minutos de Getxo.
