Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

I loved this place so much! We are definitely going back at some point in the summer for that pool! But everything was perfect and everyone had a great time! The house was so cozy but huge! It felt like we’ve been there forever when we got there, the hot tub was so relaxing especially with the view! I love this place and the driveway isn’t that bad but you will definitely need 4WD! It’s like a fun slow roller coaster lol😂! We also saw a group of turkeys every morning and they were so cute!

Such a beautiful peaceful property. We really enjoyed the amazing pool and the wonderful space. Kenneth was very welcoming but still allowed us to have our space to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Can’t wait to book again! 🤗

Nice location that is close to downtown and a across from lake. Stayed her for Thanksgiving while visiting my parents. Super clean home.

Beautiful, spacious house with plenty of household items provided like pool towels, Kcups, and plenty of trash bags, paper towels, etc. Pool, hot tub, and game room kept kids and adults entertained the entire week. WiFi/cell service isn’t great, especially on the pool deck/porch/patio areas which wasn’t necessarily a bad thing to disconnect during our stay. TV in upstairs master bedroom didn’t work enough to actually watch it (turns on but freezes repeatedly, remote worked off and on etc) We definitely WANT to book this house again but would need confirmation that the A/C is more dependable/consistent as the downstairs bedroom/bathroom were FREEZING COLD while all the other bedrooms were hot and uncomfortable (and the weather was only in the 60s/70s during our stay). Vibe was very responsive and came to assist with pool the next day when there was a concern. Staff was very friendly and proactive overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was fantastic! Rebecca was an awesome host, and so easy to communicate with. Highly, highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful getaway.

Our stay at the playhouse was awesome. The place is cozy and matched with what was published in pictures. Connie was a great host and very flexible with our check in / out times. The pool wasn’t available during our staY. It would have been great if it was mentioned in the post or communicated to us prior to booking. The pool and grill area can take bit of cleaning. Other than that place is awesome, and would definitely recommend.

We spent a weekend at Jessica's place for a Bachelorette event/wine tour. The house was spacious and clean for 8 guests. Jessica was proactive, responsive, and very friendly. We really enjoyed the farmhouse charm as well as the outdoor amenities plus peaceful backyard. The house was close to town for access to local restaurants and stores. We really enjoyed our stay. This was a wonderful winter retreat! Was comfortable for 6 adults + 2 kids for a ski trip - close to Bristol Ski Resort, Naples, and Canandaigua. Was quite, peaceful, and the outdoor space/hot tub was great. Would stay again! Only call out is if you're booking for a winter stay, be sure to have an AWD/4WD vehicle for the country roads and driveway.

I had the most incredible stay at this remote getaway! The location is absolutely stunning—peaceful, private, and surrounded by nature. It was the perfect escape to unwind and recharge. The space was beautifully maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you’re looking to disconnect and soak in some serious beauty, this is the place. Can’t wait to come back!

Rhonda and Mike are great communicators who provided simple, easy instructions for directions to the house, check in, and check out. Perfect location for our needs; extremely clean and well maintained home with all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

I have been staying at AirBnBs for the last 9 years and I can say this was the most beautiful home I have ever stayed. Whether you want to relax and enjoy the views, entertain the kinds in the game room, or relax on the deck with a good book, this place had it. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway on the lake!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spotless (which I really appreciate, as I’m very particular about cleanliness), and it felt just like home. The host was amazing - she responded to every question or need incredibly quickly and was always kind and helpful.

Our family absolutely loved our weekend at Justin's retreat! It was comfortable, peaceful and relaxing, with lovely views! We are hoping to come back this summer!

We enjoyed our stay here, surrounded by beautiful farm fields and cows. Nice deck out back. All the rooms and facilities were as described. Dawn was very responsive and helpful. Limited cell reception and the nearest supplies are 15 minutes away in Penn Yan, so stock up before you arrive.

Nelson's place was great! We had a minor issue with previous guest damage and Nelson/Katherine were incredibly responsive and helped us quickly. In addition to the host's care, the house was very clean, comfortable for a large group, had fast wifi (if you care about that) and even had a reverse osmosis water system for clean drinking water. We'd happily book this airbnb again in the future if we're ever out this way.

Great house to stay at and host a retirement party for our mom. Lots of space for the kids to play and run around. The wood stove made the place nice and warm. The beds were comfy. The generator was a plus to have with the power outage in the neighborhood. Also lots of nostalgia being close to Flint Creek campground where we used to camp as kids.

My husband and I are beyond pleased with staying at Christine’s place. It was everything she had described and very clean. Christine also introduced herself to us and we had a wonderful morning conversation with her. She was very respectful and it was a great pleasure to meet her. We would definitely recommend this stay to anyone who will be visiting or staying in the Geneva area. We will definitely be staying here again. 😊

This was a great spot and very quiet and peaceful. It was convenient to the places we went to.

Perfect stay for our family. The boys loved the long horns in the backyard. We caught fireflies at night. It was so nice not to have to quiet my kids like I do in a hotel. Felt homey and comfortable. The power went out while we were there due to a storm in the area. Nothing they could do about that. We couldn’t find any flashlights but it was late enough just to go to bed. All resolved in the morning. Beds were so comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had so far and we are two weeks into our trip so far! Great place! I would stay there for again, absolutely!t
