All outlets in the trailer are working as well as the lights and stove. Comes with one canoe, one wheelbarrow of wood, a charcoal bbq, and a grill for the fire-pit.

The Camper has an add-on room which includes an outdoor kitchen, table, chairs and sitting area, fire pit. Fish off the dock and take a relaxing swim in the lake. (This camper is one of 3 rentals on the property.) Noise carries on the lake and therefore all night parties are not an option. Quiet time is from 11 pm to 8 am.
