Vacation rentals with a patio in Onondaga County

Erin's place was spotless and had everything we needed for our weekend. She responded quickly to our messages and was very helpful. The location was perfect for our trip to see a show at Beak and Skiff! I would definitely come again.

Very comfortable Airbnb with plenty of amenities. Stephen was very kind and responsive. The street can get a little noisy as night but overall a very pleasant stay!

David and Rachel were the absolute perfect hosts and I had an amazing time staying at their place.

We booked Jayon's place a year in advance of graduation. Upon arrival, we could not get the front storm door unlocked, to no fault of Jayon's. I called him and he dispatched his maintenance man (arrived in about 25 mins). Once inside, all was well. It had a warm feel and was very well kept—darling decor. The beds were comfy, the living room was cozy, and the kitchen was plenty big. We did not utilize much of anything provided, as we were on campus all weekend for graduation activities. We basically showered and slept there. We didn't cook, though my husband had the provided coffee every morning (thank you!). It's an easy drive to campus and the Dome. I wouldn't say the neighborhood is the best, but once inside, you don't notice that. We quickly figured out the on-street parking situation - during the day, you park on one side, and at night, on the other. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend it. Also, just down the street are plenty of fast food options & a grocery store!

Karen's apartment was lovely and a lifesaver. My house in Syracuse was undergoing a renovation and it was way behind schedule--I was breathing in a lot of dust and finally decided I couldn't take it anymore. I found Karen's apartment and it was calm, peaceful, dust-free!, and even had a beautiful horse I could pet. The apartment is big, comfortable, nicely equipped for long stays (I stayed for 4 weeks I think), really quiet and clean. Karen herself couldn't be nicer. She was extremely responsive, very kind and friendly and welcoming. It's a really beautiful place in a country setting within a short drive of Wegman's. You could even see the stars at night. I will be forever grateful for the respite from endless construction.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. Every room had everything we needed. Beautiful and comforatable furniture and beds, gorgeous lake views from the kitchen, living room and Master bedroom upstairs. Two full bathrooms on each floor. The hardwoods and the rugs and the art work were amazing. So perfectly and talently and tastefully decorated. The outdoors patio had a table for six, with a grass grill and great lighting. We loved the red Adirondack chairs on the dock. We can’t wait to go back again. Thank you Christopher and Okera for making our 20th wedding anniversary so special

If you are looking for a retreat in the form of a home away from home, I highly recommend Waterfall House. The landscape, scenery, and waterfall provided a peaceful environment. The home is very well appointed, which made us feel at home and comfortable. Nice amenities. The waterfall provided a beautiful, tranquil sound that lulled us to sleep—no sound machine was needed. Plan to drive a bit for groceries and entertainment, but it's worth it. We stayed at the property for our son's graduation from Syracuse, so we had to factor in driving time. Still, it was a nice respite at the end of the day, and we enjoyed sitting near the window to watch the waterfall as we relaxed in the evening and over coffee each morning.

My father lives in a nursing home in Central New York and I come up four times a year. I have rented half a dozen different places through the years and this is the best. I’ve rented several really nice places and this is better than the best of those. It is beautifully designed and spotless. It has a nice backyard. The master bedroom is pretty spectacular. The master bathroom is lovely. There are three bedrooms, but one of them is not huge if you have two kids in there, but it’s not the end of the world and my boys did fit. That’s my only slight criticism. Yvette was extremely responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed at Anwar's place while visiting for the holidays and felt right at home! The space was very comfortable and clean, and we had what we needed to do some cooking in the kitchen. The surrounding area is quiet and private, but still very accessible/close to the highway. Anwar was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. Would love to stay again!

5 stars! Very family friendly, super quiet. Our 5 year old enjoyed the video games. Everything was squeaky clean and updated. Beautiful views, and we caught a fish off the dock! Great stay. 👍

What a wonderful house. Fabulous pool, views, kitchen, and more. Very clean and so peaceful. Highly reco! Great for Syracuse graduations when family plans to celebrate together. 10 of 10.

I would highly recommend booking this location. Very close to Three Rivers and Phoenix by boat, and is also incredibly relaxing if you just want a weekend getaway by the water.
