If you enter the correct number of guests, the nightly rate will be calculated automatically. We renovated the house and finished the interior to make it a modern home. It can accommodate up to 8 people. This is a family-friendly facility that does not care about privacy. There is one air conditioner on the first floor and one on the second floor. The building is 72 m2. There are two rooms, a Western-style room and a Japanese-style room, on the 2nd floor. The 2nd floor can accommodate 6 people. There are 2 people on the 1st floor. If you have a request for allocation, we will follow it. If not, the Japanese-style room on the second floor takes precedence. There is a kitchen space, a Japanese-style room, and a bathroom on the 1st floor. One free parking space is available. Large cars are not allowed because it is narrow. Free pocket wifi is available. There are bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. Amenities, towels, and hair dryers are provided for normal living. Please check the inside of the room with images and Youtube. Convenience stores and supermarkets are about 3-7 minutes on foot. It is a 12-minute walk from the station.

Welcome to Kodama House! Please relax in the spacious and calm room. [Available in Japanese and English] 5 minutes by car from Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine, famous for its sightseeing spot! You are renting the entire property. Parking is available for up to 2 regular-sized vehicles in the covered parking lot. You can park an additional car next to the building. Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot after crossing the hill. There is a convenience store (mini-stop) within walking distance. The living room floor is made of natural wood (chestnut), which has a nice atmosphere and feel. You can also gather together in the spacious living room. BBQ is also available on the wooden deck (+ 2,500 yen) BBQ grill is available for rent. Please bring your own charcoal, meat, vegetables, etc. The first floor has a living room, kitchen, two Japanese-style rooms, and a bathroom The second floor has 2 bedrooms. It has a Japanese-style room with tatami mats and a small Japanese garden, and you can enjoy the first floor of a house that feels like a peaceful Japanese life. We provide a stroller so that you can spend time with peace of mind even with small children. We also have bicycles available for free and a Nintendo Switch that you can enjoy indoors. There are local restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance where you can experience real Fukuoka life, so please enjoy cycling and walking. LaLaport Fukuoka is also recommended. - In front of the station & double access 2-minute walk to the nearest JR Sasabaru Station! 2 stations from Hakata station, 7 minutes by train. Nishitetsu Ijiri Station is also a 7-minute walk away. The facility is not centrally located, but you can easily access Hakata and Tenjin by train. • There is a free parking lot (2 cars can be parked in a row), but the front road and width are narrow, so if you are not good at parking a large car such as a family car, please use the coin-operated parking lot in the neighborhood. We have set check-out by 2 PM so that you can enjoy your stay. It is a private room in a renovated traditional house on a property surrounded by trees, located on a stone wall where two rivers converge. There are no buildings in sight, and you can enjoy the sound of the river, the sound of birds, and a sense of unity with nature. The water is spring water (water quality has been inspected). Depending on the season, there are people who come and go along the river next to the inn, aiming to play in the river and go to Kappa Falls. If the weather is good, you can enjoy playing in the river, as well as a BBQ and campfire (depending on the season and weather, you may need to refrain) with the ingredients you bring. (Please be careful when handling fire.) Rest assured, we also have cookware, a microwave, and dishes. If you walk upstream along the riverside path, you will find Kappa Falls about 150 meters ahead. Please prepare food and drinks for dinner, etc., before check-in.(It's about a 20-minute drive to the supermarket) Only the 400m section to the inn is narrow and difficult to see, Once you arrive at "Camu Tsubaki-yama", we will show you around.
