The studio and the entire property are entirely non-smoking. Our cottage is located on the side of the road, but it is not very busy because we are at the end of the town. My apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator access in the old historic village of Taninges and has a shared garden. It was refurbished in 2021. All shops are within walking distance, bakeries, supermarket, organic shop, health center etc... Taninges is located close to the Praz-de-Lys, Les Gets Portes du Soleil, and Morillon Grand Massif ski resorts. In winter, a shuttle a 2-minute walk from the apartment will take you to Praz-de-Lys.
