House was plenty big and comfortable to host our gathering. Perfect for a night out to turning stone being only a couple minutes drive.

We had an amazing stay at Tim’s house for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the start, Tim was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and you can tell it’s well cared for. The beds were all super comfortable, making it easy for everyone to get a good night’s sleep after our adventures. The location was perfect—just a short, convenient drive to the casino, which made our weekend plans effortless. If you’re considering booking this home, do it! It’s spacious, clean, and in a prime location. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free getaway. Great place to stay.

It is always a nice touch when the host contacts you directly and is personable and friendly via text. Also - she had left a few essential food items that did indeed make our stay easier (eggs, creamer, butter) - this allowed us to not worry so much about finding a local place to dine each morning. We were two couples plus one teenager staying for Commencement weekend at Syracuse University, and while it was a bit of a drive to and from campus, it allowed us to have a place to retreat to and get out of the busy city between events, and get a really good night's sleep as we moved through the weekend's festivities. The landscape in Cazenovia is bucolic - such a change of pace from campus and Syracuse itself.

We really enjoyed our stay here overall! Despite a few hiccups, Patrick and his team were very helpful and responsive to the door code not working and a few other minor things. The house is very clean, and beyond the most well stocked airbnb i’ve ever stayed in. Any and everything you would possibly need for your stay was thought about. The surroundings were very quiet and peaceful. We unfortunately had very bad weather most of the trip so the pool was too cold to use. But we enjoyed use of the trampoline, grill, and basketball hoop. It was nearby some things to do and a walmart as well. It was very comfortable and spacious. We hope to come back sometime when the weather is nicer to enjoy that pool!

Working with Tim was awesome! He was so helpful and communicative. He even made sure to rearrange the space for us before we came, so that it would be exactly what we needed. So so so WONDERFUL! The whole house was so cozy and a perfect space to gather with family - we plan to rent here again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay over Memorial Day Weekend. The host and family were very nice, accommodating, and extremely helpful in so many ways, which we are grateful for. This Airbnb is in a great location, conveniently accessible to the lake, shopping (10-15 min away), has many amenities and is very relaxing overall. It had a very spacious yet cozy living room, as well as sleeping areas, and was very quiet. The property is well maintained and has ample parking. We would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

House was clean and my family enjoyed the stay and were comfortable. It would have been good if we had some camp fire materials in the house itself. Since we have been used to other airbnb places that had the materials in house, and we had some places to visit, it was difficult to purchase them in our busy schedule. Having them in house would help for future guests. the checkin, checkout and other amenities were all great!! the host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at your home. Plenty of space for everyone and the back deck and yard were really great! Lots of comfortable and thoughtful seating areas and fun things for the kids to do. Great little touches made the stay extra comfortable like the herb garden and the awesome cooking fire pit. We loved the old charm of the interior and the kids got good use out of the piano. Ha!! It truly was a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The water was great and the kayaking were a fun activity. Thank you Tom and Annie!!

This place is literally the best !!! Came 4 hours away to visit my husband one of the most cleanest places and fast responses from the host most definitely gonna book eridanias house again ! She is the most nicest person ever to have as a host

Our stay is Sherrill was so nice. The house was great for us. Easily walkable to a few places in town. Super, nice town. The weather was beautiful for our stay, and we had a very relaxing visit.

Staying at Brandon and Corey's place was like the definition of the best AirBnB can be. The house is cozy and beautiful, and we found it totally decorated for the Christmas season and perfect for our party of 6. It's the level of thoughtfulness that made our stay special. 'Emergency' amenities laid out in the bedroom just in case; a kitchen that is very well equipped, well-designed and highly functional; coffee supplies laid out and ready for the morning; a binder of local recommendations, etc. etc. Brandon's communications were also fantastic. He reached out proactively to ensure we had everything we needed and set a very relaxed and welcoming tone. It is no mystery why he and Corey are super hosts! Thank you, Brandon and Corey, for setting the bar for what other properties/owners can be!!

This would be a great place to stay for all seasons, maybe not the winter only because the lake that’s 30 yards from the house might be frozen. So all other seasons would be beautiful. Still a great location and house to stay in for any other reason.

My family and I stayed at the lake house for the weekend and we will def be back! The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean, beautifully decorated, nearby restaurants, quiet and cozy neighborhood, you can easily go on a nice walk by the lake we have nothing but good things to say. We really enjoyed all the games they had in one of the bedrooms. We spent a whole night just playing games :) Host was very nice and responsive. If you decide to stay we recommend going to Harpoon Eddies to eat. It was delicious!! The host provided a book with lots of recommendations for restaurants/activities in the area - that was greatly appreciated!

Great place to stay. Walkable restaurants and great views. Very clean, I enjoy it very much. Need to come back in the summer time.

Had a great weekend snowmobiling. Trails were a short ride away. Dining close by at several locations along the trails. Would recommend to anyone looking for a winter weekend riding.

We absolutely love staying here—this is hands-down our favorite spot on Tug Hill! Perfectly located for the SxS poker run, with direct trail access and plenty of room for trailers and machines. The place is always spotless, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we need after a long day on the trails. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable—super responsive and friendly. Can’t wait to come back for our next ride. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and trail-friendly stay!

The home was just as described on Airbnb. It was larger than it looked and had plenty of room for everyone to be able to have their own space when they wanted. All necessities were well stocked, and we felt no need to run out and shop. The home is VERY near Hamilton College and is the perfect place to stay if attending an event there. Cathy was very pleasant and responsive, and even provided a gift basket to welcome us to her home. We would definitely stay again.

The house 🏠 is clean and spacious. The kitchen is practical and functional. Ms Grace is very nice and responsive.

Darren's house on Oneida Lake is absolutely precious. It was very clean with lots of space in a quiet and peaceful location. Darren was very responsive and helpful. Family members commented they'd love to go back next year and stay at Darren's house again.

This was a great stay. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I even chose the slightly smaller bed in the back bedroom just so we could wake up to the lake view at sunrise (it would have been wasted on our son who sleeps until 2pm). Tracy was very accommodating when we made a last minute change. The decor was relaxing and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us for a long weekend. We would love to come back.

With this being our second visit at Richards, we were very happy with our experience once again. Would recommend to any larger groups looking for a great place to stay in Clinton!
