Jaynee and her family made us feel right at home. Our stay was super relaxing and enjoyable. The property had gorgeous views and the kids loved the cows. The space had all the necessary amenities and was very clean. Dan took our family on a ride through the property to see the wild life and views. I would highly recommend this place. We will be back !

Simple and clear instructions to access the property and unit. This location is all new renovated. The neighborhood is slightly deteriorated but felt safe. It is a very clean exterior - one of the nicest homes on the block. Everything from the door you enter to the floors, walls, appliances, furniture ... NEW and perfectly clean. The bed is comfortable. We were in town for an event at the Stanley Theater, the weather was not great so we drove there but could have easily walked. We will definitely attempt to stay here again when in town. The host was very proactive and we had no problems at all. Excellent host

A girls' weekend getaway was even better than hoped for because Rebecca's place was so homey and comfortable! We made a great staycation there! The kitchen has absolutely anything you could possibly need. The linens in bed and bath were clean, cozy, and soft. The home was neat and super clean. Rebecca stopped in after it arrival to make sure the new furnace and thermostat were working well and made it clear she would be available if we needed her. She highlighted some local restaurants and businesses we might want to check out. One feature I really loved was the entry room which made transitioning our stuff in/outdoors in the rain very easy! I highly recommend staying at Rebecca's welcoming, clean, comfortable home!

Augustin was a great host who went out of his way to help me with coins for laundry as well as help me when I accidentally locked myself out in the middle of the night. Great guy!

Super clean and great for 4 people. We were able to walk to a few restaurants, a 10 min drive to downtown. We were comfortable staying in Luisa’s place. She was fast with responses to our requests.

Great place that was clean and easy to find

Our third stay at Krista’s convenient, well-appointed, and impeccably clean house overlooking a picturesque lake. She is a proactive, accommodating host and we highly recommend her property. My wife, parents, and niece needed a comfortable place to stay for our son’s college graduation weekend and it was exactly what we needed. Given the opportunity, we wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay in the future.

Had an awesome time staying here for our snowmobiling trip. Enough room for truck and trailer and we really liked being able to pull our snowmobiles in the heated garage when we got back. Access to the trail is literally behind the house! Super convenient! Hosts were very nice and responsive to any questions we may have had. Definitely recommend staying here!

The Longhorn ranch air b n b was terrific! The space was very clean and Ellen even had a bottle of wine for us upon arrival! The longhorns and the property were both incredible and Teddy their golden retriever came to visit us and we loved him - overall five stars for both the property and the communication! We will be coming back

Was a very nice and super clean place. Nice quiet area but with plenty of restaurants and stores just a few miles up the street. I highly recommend this place.

This place is wonderful!!! It is absolutely spotless and the host is very accommodating in terms of timing to check in and out. I am definitely adding this to my list to return to if I’m ever in Utica. You can hear the voices from the pizza shop downstairs, I’m a light sleeper but I brought ear plugs to block out noises of traffic etc. Not a deal beaker for me because the apartment is so gorgeous. This apartment felt like home. We loved the decor. Everything was tasteful and thought out. Beautiful taste in quality!! I cannot say enough nice things!

Fabulous stay. Photos don’t show how nice and open the space it. Clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed to prepare meals at home. Location was perfect for our needs and the dedicated parking was very convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing detailed instructions and answering all my questions promptly. The property itself was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the attractions and amenities I wanted to explore.

Studio was comfortable and had a generous kitchen area - although I visited friends and didn't have time to cook. I appreciated the nifty ironing board that folded out from the wall cupboard and thought it was such a genius idea for space efficiency. Did have an issue with the internet functionality and it was resolved very quickly. The location was great for walking to the beach and most of the shops in town even though it was early in the season and not many had opened yet.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

The location is wonderful! Quick walk to the beach, amusement park, restaurants etc. We spent a lot of time sitting out on the porch and enjoying the views. The bed was a tad firm for me- I almost packed my mattress topper but decided not to and I wish I had! Of course, this is personal preference, but worth noting for anyone who chooses to book this great Airbnb.

Great location, cozy little spot!

I would certainly stay there again. With every review I give positives and negatives. The key negative was the building is older. This means the floors are a bit uneven, things like that. I've stayed in several places in the NY lakes region and they are all older. only other negative observations were the main TV was on the smaller side and WIFI was spotty at one end of the building. Positives. + Kitchen was in great shape. Appliances all worked well. Lisa left lots of coffee and tea + Lots of room, space for 7-8 people. + Several bathrooms + Heat worked well, water pressure was good, water temperature responsive, utilities all worked well + Great location, right on the main street downtown in a charming village but easy drive to Syracuse (my end location) + Easy check in, parking space included + Lisa's communication was outstanding I felt the apartment was priced well for what I got. Really appreciated the stay and I would certainly do it again.

My family and I needed a place to stay that would embrace us and give us peace while dealing with the care of our mother. Maria's space was exactly the environment we needed. Maria and her husband Travis gave us an attractive space of accommodation, privacy, convenience, and comfort. As perfect hosts, they were both knowledgeable and responsive: - Maria knew the area well and gave great guidance. - The space had everything we needed. It was in the heart of Utica so train access and helpful entities like the Legal Aid were easy to find. - Nice touches were the free parking lot and nice restaurant on the premises. - Maria helped me put together a workstation within the space quickly. - The furniture and decor were contemporary and comfy, accommodating my family perfectly. - The bathroom was modern and roomy with double sinks and a wonderful ceiling shower. - A full kitchen, washer and dryer!! I highly recommend Maria and this Airbnb space. I hope to visit Maria's other spaces!

Beautiful industrial decor and an outstanding view of downtown! Maria’s suite was clean and comfortable with a TON of space. Perfect for a couple looking to explore Utica as it is extremely conveniently located! Would definitely recommend it!
