Beautiful fishing house. Close to town, harbor and sea

Lovely little fisherman's house located right by Sønderrenden, the most idyllic place in Marstal. Marstal is a cozy town with shopping, cafes and restaurants. The house is located right down to the harbor, 400 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches, Eriks Hale and close to the Marstal Maritime Museum, the Marstal Motor factory, and good playgrounds. The house is suitable for couples or a small family . There are two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. The ground floor has just been renovated and therefore appears nice and comfortable.

On the 2nd floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a smaller room with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet, closets, and a sink. Charming little thatched cottage in a plan. It is low to the ceiling (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small ports. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the island trail and bike routes start nearby and buses are free on the island.

'Hyggelig' holiday accommodation totally renovated in 2015 with floor-heated tiled floors. This is a fully self contained guest apartment occupying one of four 'chains' of the old farm. The apartment is arranged with a kitchen including all amenities. There is a beautiful view of the sea to Long Island from the garden, and the apartment is 750 metres from the coast where there is a small idyllic harbour. The farm is situated in stunning nature - especially good for wildlife and bird-watching.

The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, secluded sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room, there is a panoramic view of the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 meters to the beach and right next to hiking and biking trails.

Staying in our 75 square meter vacation apartment gives our guests a very special sense of vacation. When you open doors and windows, the sounds of the forest, the garden and the sea birds flow in. A scent of fresh sea air meets your nostrils. Our guests also experience the light as something very special. Especially when the evening sun sends its rays down on the surrounding islands, you have to pinch yourself to make sure you're not dreaming.
