Vacation rentals with a patio in Oltretorrente, Parma

Good stay for a single night. Ideal for a couple but the bedroom is not fully sealed from main area and you need to go through bedroom to get to bathroom so just a bit tricky if you have a baby sleeping. Nevertheless our host was helpful and accommodating and we were touched to see that there were toys provided for our little one! Balcony was a nice feature! Note: AC is only available starting June 1.

I found myself in God's apartment, it was clean and quiet As soon as you find bars for breakfast and aperitif, the restaurant is all within reach. Excellent, spacious and very clean, and in addition the Host is very kind and helpful.

I had a great time. Really recommended, great hosts, always available and kind. Small but cozy space, for a really great person, you'll find everything you're looking for. Excellent location, close to bus stops and shops of all kinds. I recommend it.

What a beautiful and quiet location to stay. We were welcomed by Rosie. The apartment was very clean and Rosie had prepared water and beer in the fridge. This made us feel very welcome. If you want to visit Parma, this is the nicest place to stay!

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

The hosts were very kind and friendly and helped with what we asked, the apartment is super comfortable, large and with everything you need to stay. Supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, the view from the apartment showed all the beauty of the countryside. Very quiet. The location was very convenient for a trip to the area of Emilia Romania.

5 stars are actually not enough! Milena & Emanuele are wonderful hosts – we felt warmly welcomed from the first moment and immediately felt welcome. They gave us many insider tips for our road trip through Italy. But the absolute highlight was the dinner that Milena prepared for us with incredible love: a culinary experience like in a star restaurant. Officially, there were three courses, but the numerous appetizers seemed to be endless. Then there was 2x pasta (handmade!) & a lamb dish! We are already planning our next visit :)

Mr. Vincenzo was very friendly and responsive. We took full advantage of the front porch and the possibility of grilling. Around the house there is a convenient playground and a nice path through the hills to walk peacefully even with children.

The stay close to Salsomaggiore Terme was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The owners, who live on site, were friendly, helpful and attentive. A lot of space, nature and quietness to unwind from everyday life. I would really recommend going there if you're looking for a little gem in the countryside of Italy. We had a great time!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a peaceful retreat with a wonderful host!

Fantastic stay, we spent 2 days to go running at the Cremona circuit, nearby, quiet, clean, everything you need to rest after a day on the track. Super recommended

I felt right at home. We were greeted and accompanied to our apartment. We were told everything we could do both inside the property and nearby. We were immersed in a lovely place, all around paddock with horses we fed (the host made us find everything we needed). We were also able to have a wonderful experience: "the approach to the horse" MAGICAL We will definitely be back very soon

We were 2 couples staying 1 night in connection with a concert at arena campovolo. Huge nice apartment with walking distance (2.6 km) from the arena. Barbara was a perfect host. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Elisa’s place in Parma! The location was perfect and close to everything in the center. Would highly recommend staying here.

Jerry was a perfect host and his well-located and quiet apartments served us beautifully. Location of the apartment on a pedestrianized street yet in a private quiet area meant it was conducive to sleeping well. Linens were crisp and clean. The heater worked perfectly during chilly October evenings. We had a family emergency which required a plan change and Jerry was kind, understanding and helpful. We highly recommend Jerry and apartment number 3.
