Everything was perfect for our stay. The host was very friendly on our arrival and in the days before as well. The apartment is very comfortable and complete, with everything you need and even more. The building and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting after days of walking. I thought Reggio Emilia was beautiful. Thank you very much for all.

Dorina is a super friendly and accommodating host and the communication with her was always very smooth. The apartment is very nice, perfectly clean and fully equipped with everything which is needed. This is true also for the kitchen if you want to do your own cooking. It is located the second floor and is comfortably accessible by elevator. The flat is in the city centre of Parma not far away from the duomo. Many shops are around the corner, as well as bars and restaurants. I definitely hope to return on one of my next travels!

The stay at this property was truly impeccable! The house was exactly as described: attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The location was in a quiet area and within walking distance of the historic center, ideal for exploring the city without stress. The host was helpful, kind and attentive to every need. He provided very useful information on restaurants and public transport, always being present but never intrusive. The attention to small details was also highly appreciated: there was something to eat for breakfast, coffee capsules... My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to walk and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in your property!

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. Perfect place for our family of three, super apartment and hosts!

A trip chosen almost as a game with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and sensations to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (a wonderful and extraordinarily sweet dog), transported us to a dream, from the warm welcome to the small touches. And if the details make the difference, and they do, there are many details here, from the cleanliness of the place, to the amazing breakfasts! Their B&B project is of extraordinary beauty. From the moment you enter, wonderful scents follow one another, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great chatting with them about anything. We recommend that you learn as much as possible about the place and its surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they are there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all experienced. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

Nicolò was very kind from the first contacts, the room was above expectations and in a very convenient location to walk to the center. Excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed and pillows (an aspect not to be underestimated). If I had to go back to Parma, I would definitely book again!

This is a vey clean, comfortable and quiet apartment, despite being in the center of town. Roberta and Cesare are friendly and flexible, and helpful with any issues that may arise. The living area is perfect for two people - my husband and I enjoyed our stay.
