The entire ground floor of this ark on the Rhine belongs to your domain: a cozy kitchen connected by a hall with the living room. Both the living room and the kitchen have a wood-burning stove, in addition to floor and wall heating. The kitchen has a 6-burner gas stove, a large oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher and various appliances. The designer bed is in the living room. On your private terrace is the outdoor shower. In the garden overlooking the Rhine, there are various seating and BBQ areas.

The Hut in Radio Kootwijk in a unique location.

On top of the Veluwe massif is the small village of Radio Kootwijk. This village was founded around 1920 around "Building A" in which the long wave transmitter stood for the radio telephone connection to what was then the Dutch East Indies. And later for all intercontinental telephone connections, TOR (telephone over radio). Later connections with ships. Became unnecessary after satellite. About 100 people live here, and there are no stores. In short, a place for hikers, cyclists and peace seekers.

Kom tot rust bij de warmte van de open haard, ontspan met de zorgvuldig samengestelde LP-collectie, en neem een duik in de privé-hot tub terwijl u van de sterrenhemel geniet. Historic farmhouse from 1864, centrally located between the Veluwe forests, heaths and sand drifts and the Veluwemeer the lake surrounding the new land of the polders. Enjoy the space, nature, tranquility and old fishing villages, while cities such as Zwolle, Amersfoort and Amsterdam are easily accessible. The house is equipped with every comfort and a large garden is available for the guests. We have room for 1-6 guests. We do serve an extensive and as much as possible organic breakfast.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

There is space for two adults in a bedroom overlooking the forest. Relax by the fireplace, listen to the birds and the rustling trees. The bookcase is full of books and games. In the picturesque Voorthuizen, there is much to do, so besides tranquility there is plenty of entertainment to find in the area.

If you want to relax and decide for yourself what you do, you have come to the right place! We have a fully independent vacation cottage (45 m2) next to our house where you can enjoy yourself. The cottage has its own entrance and is equipped with its own complete kitchen, bathroom and a separate bedroom. Our vacation home is located in Gietelo near Voorst. From here, it is beautiful to hike and bike or visit Zutphen, Deventer or Apeldoorn.
