This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. La piccola casa in grotta ha un ingresso indipendente. è una piccola camera ipogea ricavata totalmente all’interno della massa tufacea . Le grotte hanno un loro particolare microclima che viene regolato da impianto di riscaldamento in inverno e deumidificazione quando necessario. Nello spazio esterno, arredato con tavolino e sedie, è possibile incontrare e fare amicizia con la mia gattina e con il mio cane, un dolcissimo Border Collie . Soggiornare in una grotta è un esperienza.

During the summer organic vegetables from the garden are available to guests. You can park for free a few meters from the house.

E' una struttura tipica del sasso barisano, in tufo con volte a botte. Il restauro conservativo ne mantiene l'autenticita'. Ingresso indipendente, dotata di un ampio salone, bagno , cucina e due camere da letto, sul piano rialzato, e un tipico giardino con annessa lavanderia. L'alloggio dista due minuti dal sasso barisano e due passi dal centro storico. Parcheggio libero nei pressi della struttura.
