Vacation rentals with a patio in Oliveri

c'è un grande problema in questo soggiorno: è durato troppo poco! siamo stati un giorno all'interno di questo delizioso appartamento io e mio cugino e siamo stati stra bene! giro il mondo da anni grazie al mio lavoro e ho visitato e conosciuto miliardi di proprietari e devo dire che persone come il signor Pippo e tutto il gruppo, sono persone rare da trovare. accoglienza degna di un 4 stelle, casa super pulita e profumata, curata in ogni minimo dettagliato, una cortesia e gentilezza inappagabile. abbiamo trovato colazione, acqua e ottima frutta di stagione (anche dei loro giardini). Quando volevamo noleggiare delle bici, prontamente ci sono state messe a disposizione le loro, con la messa appunto prima di utilizzarle. la sera inaspettatamente abbiamo ricevuto dell'ottima pizza fatta in casa proprio dal signor Pippo e tutta la sua deliziosa famiglia. ci siamo sentiti in famiglia, davvero! lo consigliamo a tutti, trattateli con cura che sono rare ad oggi persone così.

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay! The location, amenities, and sleeping arrangements were perfect. The views from the top balcony were incredible and the jacuzzi was a perfect touch. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone.

Alloggio super pulito e fornito di ogni cosa, molto accessoriato. Ambra e Marco sempre disponibili e gentili! Posizione centrale e comoda. Assolutamente consigliato, camere grandi e spaziose, siamo stati benissimo. Grazie ancora ragazzi, continuate cosi!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Carla ist eine sehr nette und jederzeit erreichbare Gastgeberin, bei der man sich gut aufgehoben fühlt. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr schön. Die Betten waren bequem, und sowohl die Bettwäsche als auch die Handtücher waren sauber. Unser persönliches Highlight war der Ausblick…einfach traumhaft! Auch der Poolbereich hat uns gut gefallen, allerdings waren die Liegen leider etwas unbequem. Praktisch: Es gibt zwei Wege in die Stadt. Leider haben wir erst nach ein paar Tagen den einfacheren und schnelleren Zugang entdeckt…ein kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste, sich gleich am Anfang ein bisschen umzuschauen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit und können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Carla, für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Fabio's place was fantastic. The view is unbeatable. Parking, walkable into town and the view, the view is absolutely breathtaking. We loved our stay. My partner and I were traveling around Sicily for a few months, and my dog needed emergency surgery, and Fabio's place was the perfect spot for us to unwind, relax, and the views made it a great place to nurse our little pup back to health. You need a car here, and the location is only 15 minutes outside the city of Catania, perfect launch pad to explore the surrounding areas. Although, we didn't get to meet Fabio, he was always a text away, checking in on us, making sure we had everything we need. Highly recommend. I should also note, my partner and I work remotely, and he was so gracious to add a desk and chair so we both could work comfortably, with the beautiful views. We will for sure be back! We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and the location was perfect. Anita was super friendly, accommodating and responsive, which made check-in/ out easy :) (only thing I would mention is the noise in the morning from 6-8 am the garbage trucks are quite loud) other than that I highly recommend those who are looking to visit and stay in Taormina !

Our holiday was for almost 2 weeks. Was as I imagined and even more secure with electric gate. Signora Michelina welcomed us and left basic condiments, tea and coffee which was much appreciated. If we needed anything we only had to ask. She speaks perfect English. Location fabulous. Near everything. Lovely bread shop in via Dalmazia and buses to Taormina and other places. I found Deco to be the best supermarket. The apartment is comfortable and clean. The surrounding (exotic) garden is a pleasure to look at. We enjoyed eating our meals on the terrace. We really had a lovely and relaxing time here. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Ospitalità impeccabile, disponibile e discreta. Appartamento pulito, confortevole e curato nei dettagli, con una varietà di spazi vivibili in piena libertà sia interni che esterni (giardino, patio, piscina). La possibilità di tenere con noi la nostra cagnolina ha reso il soggiorno ancora più sereno. Speriamo di poter ripetere l'esperienza molto presto

Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön am Hang mit Blick auf Lipari, Vulcano und bei klarer Sicht sogar auf den Ätna. Es ist super ruhig und man hat alles was man braucht. Ein kleiner Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle ganz in der Nähe. Graziano ist ein super Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und super hilfsbereit, egal um was es geht. Wir haben uns wirklich super wohl gefühlt. Wer die Insel erkunden möchte, sollte sich ein Auto mieten. Ich kann die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Fabulous little part apartment in a wonderful location. It is a stone through from the beach, where you were able to rent beds or take your own towels. You are just down the road from the beautiful Isola Bella natural reserve and beach. There is a mini market with essentials just a two minute walk away, and the cable car up into the town is just a few minutes walk, taking you straight up into Taormina. The apartment is well equipped and the Terrace is a beautiful spot to have breakfast watching the sunrise, or for your evening meal.

Communication was the best! Nice and quiet location, just what we needed after the busy Rome

Het contact met Andrea verliep prettig en soepel. Hij is erg behulpzaam en deelt graag tips over de omgeving en bezienswaardigheden. Bij aankomst in het donker was het even zoeken, maar eenmaal binnen werden we aangenaam verrast door het schitterende uitzicht en de fijne sfeer in het huis. De omgeving is veelzijdig, met volop mogelijkheden om te ontdekken en te genieten. Het huis van Andrea is absoluut een aanrader – het zal je zeker niet tegenvallen.

Elisa and Nino were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond… We loved the animals (dogs, cats, donkeys, pigs, sheep, goats, cows, chickens) and the scenery was beautiful. They cooked us dinner the first night with wine (for a small fee). Would recommend for a quiet peaceful stay on Sicily :-) thank you

What a wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, with homemade wine, olive oil, and fresh cherries from the garden. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Thanks to the fantastic recommendations, we discovered restaurants we never would have found on our ohne and each one was a hidden gem. The accommodation itself is full of character and charm. Every piece of furniture and decoration seems to have its own story. And the view was absolutely breathtaking! We couldn’t get enough of it. All in all, a perfect holiday with plenty of relaxation. We’d love to come back! Thank you for everything!

Angela und ihr Mann sind wunderbare Gastgeber: Wir treffen über eine Stunde früher als geplant in Taormina ein – kein Problem! Wir reisen mit einem VW-Bus an – auch das ist kein Thema, selbst nicht in den verwinkelten Gassen dieser traumhaften Stadt. Die Wohnung hat einen geschützten Parkplatz. Auf jede Frage und jedes Anliegen reagiert Angela mit einem Fingerschnippen. Die Wohnung ist eine ideale Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Taormina: innen angenehm kühl, wenn draussen die Sommerhitze flirrt. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, die Informationen zur Wohnung und zur Stadt sind präzise und hilfreich. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen – und die herzlichen Begegnungen mit Angela werden uns noch lange in bester Erinnerung bleiben.

Miejsce Michele jest bardzo bezpieczne zarówno w dzień jak i w nocy jeśli chodzi o dojście do mieszkania jak i przebywanie w mieszkaniu. Mieszkanie jest ogromne, ciche i ma nowe sprzęty. My korzystałyśmy tylko z suszarki do włosów i lodówko zamrażarki bo jest bardzo dużo opcji jedzenia na mieście na absolutnie każdą kieszeń. Taras jest spektakularny, dużo większy niż na zdjęciach, jest też cichy. Michele praktycznie od razu reaguje na pytania, jest bardzo uważny i troskliwy. Prawdziwe airbnb, gdzie czujesz się jak rodzina, a nie jak turysta. Kamienica jest wyremontowana zarówno z zewnątrz jak i wewnątrz. Woda gorąca, pościel czysta. Lodówko zamrażarka super chłodzi . Uwielbiałyśmy nasz osobisty i uroczy balkon w mieszkaniu oraz widok z tarasu. Klimatyzacja nie była mi potrzebna na początku czerwca. Można zostawić bagaże na czas odlotu samolotu. Lokalizacja jest fantastyczna. Polecamy gorąco, dziękujemy Michele za Twoją serdeczność i gościnność. Chętnie wrócimy.

Emplacement idéal, centre, restaurants et commerces accessibles à pieds, plage plus loin (mais accessible à pieds car ça descend et pour remonter il y a le téléphérique). L'appartement, situé dans un très grand complexe, est très spacieux, très bien équipé (seules les salles de bains sont un peu vieillissantes mais très propres). Très grande terrasse, très agréable avec une très belle vue. Fin octobre, il y a peu de soleil sur la terrasse et l'eau de la piscine est un peu froide.

This place exceeded our expectations and was one of nice surprises of our trip. The place is modern, clean, spacious and has a fantastic view. The location is extremely convenient for exploring Taormina. It was also very close to a supermarket. The hosts were very helpful. The only thing to consider is that there are a lot of steps so it would not be good for someone with mobility issues. Besides that, I highly recommend. Excellent value

Conveniently located close to the main area and easy to access from the airport via public transport. Very authentic Sicily - the place came with great recommendations of places to go and foods to try. I very stupidly left some jewellery in the apartment and realised about half way to the airport. It had no monetary value but extremely high sentimental value - Claudia was so helpful and was able to get it from the cleaners and send it back to me!!! I am forever grateful!!! Some things to note regarding the apartment: 1. There are a few flights of stairs to tackle to get up to the apartment. 2. on the first night we stayed the noise from the bar next door was VERY loud in the main bedroom, consider earplugs. Everything was as described and easy to find and host communication was great!

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum, wir haben uns dort direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist so wie auf den Fotos, sauber, geräumig, gut ausgestattet, liegt direkt im Stadtzentrum und bietet einen Parkplatz. Wunderbar ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Theater. Wir hatten sogar Glück und konnten ein Schauspiel beiwohnen. 🙂 Gaetano ist ein super Gastgeber. Sehr höflich, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar mit Tipps für die nahegelegenen Restaurants.

The apartment is not fancy, but it was clean, comfortable, lots of amenities, plus a nice balcony & view. We thought the location was perfect, just outside the Porta Messina. Carmen was very friendly, always replied quickly and let us check-in early and leave bags after check- out. We were very happy we chose to stay here.

Det sødeste værtspar bød os velkommen i en fin lille lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed til butikker og restauranter. Carlo og hans kone var enormt hjælpsomme og nemme at få fat i ift. planlægning med bilparkering osv. Lejligheden var i rigtig god stand og vi følte os generelt velkommen og hjemme ☺️
