The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Private entrance and private parking right in front of the apartment. Once a week an Irish folk band rehearses in the building. You hardly notice it in the apartment and it's over at 10 pm.

Bicycles for a short trip to the city can be borrowed from us free of charge. Exciting excursion destinations are just a stone's throw away.

Unsere Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße in Herten. Die A 43 und die A2 sind sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Raum mit zwei Einzelbetten und einem bequemen Bettsofa. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen wie Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Nespresso-Maschine ausgestattet. Die Wohnung eignet sich für max. 3 Erwachsene oder 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern.

Furthermore, there is a good connection to the bike path network NRW, the bike path DEK Route and the 100 castles route.

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.
