The chalet is built entirely of wood and stands on a high wooden platform. It features a new (2026) additional bedroom on the ground floor with windows and a projector. Here, you'll sleep like never before. My greatest pleasure is sitting on an upholstered windowsill or in a hammock and watching the forest, the meadow, and the wildlife passing by. We also have a grill and a fire pit. You absolutely have to go to the mountains. You can explore the entire Kotlina region from our place. We are the perfect base. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

I will rent a comfortable, bright room in a quiet area surrounded by a forest. The Polanica promenade is within a 10-minute walk through the forest (a popular shortcut) or a little further along the asphalt road. Equipment: kitchenette + pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. Comfortable double bed with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Wardrobe with mirror, dresser, ironing board, iron, TV with Netflix apps. There is a barbecue and a table with chairs. The area is very quiet with a view of the mountains.

Directly from the cottage, we can admire the views of the Great Owl and Śnieżka. The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road

The apartment is located near the Spa Park in Duszniki Zdrój. 10 km from Zieleniec Ski Arena. The property has a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed, and a veranda with a large double bed and a satellite TV. The apartment's advantage is a large terrace overlooking the Park and the nearby river - Bystrzyca Dusznicka. Rattan furniture is available on the terrace.
