Picturesque, Historic Villa with Island Views

Gaze over stunning 180-degree views of islands on Lago Maggiore from the expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows of this lovely, 230-year-old rustic stone villa. Antique furnishings perfectly complement the historic architecture. The house is on 3 floors so a fair bit of walking up and down stairs is required. The main bedroom is on the upper floor and the 2nd bedroom (two single beds) and bathroom on the lowest floor. Ideal for couples and families but not for the elderly or groups of 4 adults.

The house is on a street closed to traffic. We are close to the center and the countryside. Oleggio is a pretty town, with a beautiful square, with shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby we find: Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta, Mottarone, Milan and Rho Fiera, the Safari Park and the Ondaland water park. Near Malpensa, in Ticino Park.
