Vacation rentals with a patio in Olean

Michelle was very accommodating and communicated well. We stayed in the basement apartment, which was clean and comfortable. The backyard was beautifully landscaped. Very convenient—just minutes from downtown Ellicottville.

Stayed here again after a great stay last year. It’s well suited for younger kids (4 total, ages 4-9) and great access to the slopes. Thanks again!

Oh my goodness…this is the cutest little apartment!! Great location, the decks are perfect for outdoor time and many amenities! We loved our stay and will be back for another fun weekend in the future!

Spacious, spotless, silent Spacious Long ago, when Donald Trump owned the New York City Plaza hotel, we were to have received a free upgrade. They screwed up, took us to another upgraded room, only to find an angry half-naked couple already checked into that room. Staff was so embarrassed, they upgraded us to the hotel’s best corner suite. (Two to the floor with the stone balcony, our neighbor was Chuck Norris. Before they built out the Royal Plaza Suite) The reason I say this is that Robyn’s apartment feels just as spacious. (Honestly, though, there are no statues of naked Romans or gold-plated fixtures, like the Plaza suite.) Spotless My wife spilled a few drops of water on the floor, wiped it up with a Kleenex, and not a trace of dust remained! (Robyn can share her secret as to how and why the flat is so clean.) We stayed two nights & just loved our accommodations. It was tastefully decorated, had every amenity & was very quiet & comfortable. Valarie was very helpful & accommodating. The historic significance of the depot makes it a truly special experience. We enjoyed visiting Ellicottville for shopping & lunch. We stopped by Griffith Sculptural Park, dined at Arts Cafe and visited the Alpacas at Sugarcreek Farm. We plan on returning!

We had a great time staying at Lauren’s place! Beautiful and serene surroundings, the house was clean and there was ample space. She also provided shower items, a bottle of wine, coffee, and toiletries which made for a nice touch! We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, beautiful scenery, and was easy to feel like home. Hosts were responsive, proactive and friendly! In my opinion the shower and tub could have been cleaner but it’s possible they were stained from being older. The dogs enjoyed the outside area. When arriving we realized there were two spots in the dog friendly area that where dogs can escape to the woods (especially smaller dogs) if you don’t keep a close eye on them. I would just suggest being extra careful when letting them roam outside. I do wish dogs were allowed downstairs, as it was the nicest hangout area of the home but with the carpets and music equipment it is understandable why they stay upstairs. Overall it was a nice stay and has everything you could need for a short or long stay!

Beautiful house! We had fun relaxing on the couch next to the fireplace while watching a move on the projector! All kinds of wildlife out of the back window. Highly recommend staying here!

It was a pleasure renting from Piper. The accommodations were well thought out. We needed for nothing. The electric went out due to a large storm and she was right on keeping us updated on the restoration. I was pleased to find a dog lead that reached to the front door extending to the yard🤗 It's very private and peaceful. I would like to visit again.

Pam and Colin’s place was the perfect space for our family to fit everyone to stay for our son’s graduation weekend! Their home is spacious and comfortable and They provided plenty of bedding and towels! The area is peaceful and quiet and near to Ellicottville. The hot tub was an appreciated bonus. The views from the backyard were stunning. The house felt cozy and safe. Pam and Colin were responsive hosts. Whenever we had a question, we could depend on them with a quick answer. We would definitely stay with them again.

We had a fabulous time skiing in Ellicottville! What a wonderful town, the people were so incredibly friendly. Restaurants and bars were great! This condo was perfectly located and so nice. We look forward to coming back next year!

We stayed at Stephen’s place this past weekend for the end of ski season. It was cozy, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Stephen is quick to respond, kind and we would highly recommend staying at the slopeside serenity. I appreciated the complementary bottle of Pinot noir. We will definitely be booking again.

5 star place to stay if you're looking to get out in nature with a bit of night life too! Close to area trails and attractions. Bed was comfy, the home is clean with ask the amenities. Looking forward to returning!

This condo space was perfect for a quick getaway for my wife and I. It was super clean and cozy and stocked with all of the basic necessities we would need. Though we came during the summer, the access to the ski slopes from the back door is perfect and convenient. Less than two miles from downtown, we were able to Uber to and from and enjoyed wine tasting, dinner, drinks, and live music.  Amanda was very responsive, accommodating and easy to work with. There was no hassle with the entry upon arrival. We will definitely return for some golf and outdoor live music during the summer and some skiing in the winter!

Lynne was a super host. Very responsive to questions and the entire process was hassle free. The location is very suitable for convenient ski in ski out and very accessible. I would go again.
