Vacation rentals with a patio in Oldbury

host was very responsive, I had issues with the lock box because I've never come across one so didn't know how to use it. he messaged back quickly and kindly came over within 5 minutes to show me how to use it! place was well worth the money. the patio was lovely, very comfortable beds and very strong water pressure in shower and host was very kind and let me check out a hour later. definitely will be coming back here again.

I never want to stay in a different air bnb in Birmingham. Luke’s communication was excellent and the space was delightful and very well stocked. A really lovely welcome and very clear instructions, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be booking for next year as soon as I can! Thank you Luke and family!!

Lisa’s airbnb was so very clean, cosy, quiet and comfortable, we would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. About a 10 minute drive from the NEC as well as Costa, Tesco and many more establishments even closer. The cats were adorable and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed. We’ll definitely be back.

The design and management of the apartment wet first class. Julie and husband were friendly and attended to us and when needed. Fixtures, bedding, furniture all very good quality and the place was light and temperature controlled. A most enjoyable stay.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

This apartment is one of the best I have stayed in, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, and only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. Fran responded immediately to a question prior to my arrival and I couldn’t fault the check in instructions. The welcome package was also a very nice touch. Thank you

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

Good stay in a lovely house

The house is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming. The decoration is beautiful and the beds were extremely comfortable. All linen was clean and everything was all cleaned and tidy. There is amazing outdoor space which is sheltered so can be used in all weathers. I would recommend to anyone to stay here. The home is 10 minutes outside of the city center so perfect location. The host Mun was amazing with the communication, always responded and gave clear instructions throughout my stay.

Beautiful house as described. Plenty of space and option to eat in the kitchen or dining room. Would recommend. We rented it as a working space for 4 business partners. Was great for this as strong wi-fi connection and plenty of places to work.

Can’t fault this air bnb. Spotlessly clean, smelt amazing and had all the mod cons and amenities needed. Was beautifully presented on arrival and not to mention how comfy the beds were. Would deffinitly return for another girl night or two.

Extremely convenient for access to the NEC, and Solihull nearby for any other amenities or needs. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable surroundings. Definitely recommend.

Thank you for a lovely stay. Was short but well worth the visit. Location was perfect, close to lots of attractions and a lovely walk through the woods. Very easy to find and simple to check in. The place felt cosy and safe and was very clean. Host was easy to communicate with and gave helpful suggestions on local places to eat and visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Apartments. Julie is an excellent host, who was very accommodating despite me changing our arrival time a few times. She met us at the apartment to show us around. It is beautifully decorated & has everything you could possibly need. Even snacks, milk & food in the freezer. Julie went above & beyond by giving us some cupcakes & candles as she knew it was my daughter’s birthday (very kind x). Very well located for the NEC & the village is really nice. We went to the Soho Tavern for dinner, which was very tasty. Would definitely recommend the apartment & will book again when we are in Birmingham again. Thank you!

Everything was wonderful the host was responsive to any messages really fast, The home is beautiful perfect for our girls night or a romantic one. The host missed no attention to detail. And you pick your keys up from the shop so you can grab some milk that was the only thing we needed. I would have paid more it was definitely worth it.

Amazing spot on the outskirts on the city - yet in the most peaceful grounds in their own slice of the countryside. What a little gem to have stayed in. Pam and her husband Paul are absolutely lovely hosts who could not have make me feel more welcome. 🙏🏼
