Hi, I am renting a nicely renovated 2 room apartment. A real wood floor has been laid and the shabby chic style furniture is partly from France and has also been restored. The apartment is located in the trendy district of Plagwitz directly opposite the Westwerk. Several cultural facilities (cinema, Schaubühne Lindenfels, cotton spinning mill, rock cellar) and restaurants are located in the area. The Karl Heine Canal, which is almost by the house, invites you to relax.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop.
