This is a great place directly across from the Ocean Front Walk. The neighborhood is older as is the building but the condo is roomy, the mirrored wall in the living room reflects the outdoor view from the large windows which does include an ocean view. When it was time for the sunset, we just had to walk out the building door onto the boardwalk steps away. It was a collective effervescence moment to see all ages stopped with their eyes to the horizon taking in the sunset. This area is SO walkable and there is no shortage of cafes, coffee shops and restaurants. The condo itself is spotless, the hosts are super responsive, the kitchen is large and roomy with tons of counterspace and a full-size refrigerator. Plus, there are little touches like the LED fireplace, portable cooling unit, mobile wardrobe, and the lighted bathroom mirrors with anti-fog. We would stay again.

Perfect location right on mission beach, and we loved the close vicinity to our favorite restaurants! It also came with sand toys & amenities for our toddler which was a huge plus. Only thing that could have made the stay any better is a broom to use, as the sand does start to accumulate after many days at the beach. Overall though, 10/10!

A Perfect San Diego Coastal Getaway! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Carl's beach home in the Pacific/Mission Beach area, and it was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charming beach cottage. The decor is super cute, combining cozy beach vibes with modern comforts, making it feel like a home away from home. The location couldn't be better! Just a short stroll from the beach, we enjoyed daily walks along the shore and stunning sunsets. The nearby restaurants and shops added to the convenience, making it easy to explore the local scene. Carl was an exceptional host, providing us with all the information we needed for a smooth stay. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. If you're looking for a perfect beach getaway, I highly recommend Carl’s beach home. Nice clean condo is the best location! Roomy comfortable living space with a fantastic outdoor space. Would definitely recommend.

This two bed/two bath property was in a fantastic location. The instructions were easy to follow. We walked a short distance to restaurants, coffee shops, bars with live music each day. And of course to the beach and tidal pools. It was easy to drive in and out of the area. The two bedrooms were separated by the kitchen, dining, and living spaces, so it felt private and quiet.

Had a local stay here at Chung's home and definitely met all my expectations. Able to have my wife have her birthday getaway with family and of course the grandkids. Only caveat is having to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was right near the most active part of downtown. Looked exactly like the picture and well kept and the hosts made it very easy for me and answered all my questions.

We had a great stay at Bill's place! It looked just like the pictures and was very clean and well-stocked! The location was perfect and was in a very walkable area. Bill was super responsive and accommodating, and we'd definitely stay at his place again!

Enjoyed our stay so much. Paolo was a great host. You literally have everything you need here. The bed was so comfortable. The balcony was so cute and the natural lighting and all the windows was amazing to have. Would stay here again!!

Excellent place to stay! What a great location and view! Gorgeous. Walkable to so many wonderful places. Great food, beaches, stores, beach boardwalk and more. A close drive to the Zoo, La Jolla and beautiful parks. Not too far from the airport. The place was very clean. We would most definitely stay here again.

Judith’s place was perfect for our stay. For the sample, we brought kitchen equipment from NJ with us because we usually need it when we stay at other places. But Judith’s place had everything plus more than we expected. We left all the equipment in our car!! lol.😆

The apartment was so close to all the restaurants and easy to get to anywhere within around 15 minutes drive. Tina was an amazing host and on hand to answer any questions.
