Apartment vacation rentals in Old Town, Donostia-San Sebastian

Wonderfully located and beautifully furnished apartment that feels more like a luxury hotel than a typical Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay, with all amenities readily available. The apartment is within walking distance of everything we needed, and there’s also a parking garage conveniently located just around the corner.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment in the heart of San Sebastián’s Old Town. The location couldn’t have been better—steps away from the best pintxo bars, the beach, and all the charm the city has to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made this stay unforgettable was the host. They went above and beyond in every possible way—genuinely warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful. When I accidentally left behind a personal item, the host not only found it but promptly arranged to have it sent back to me without hesitation. That level of hospitality is rare and so appreciated.

Had a wonderful few days staying in Amaia’s place in San Sebastián. The apartment is in an excellent location in the Old Town, so close to the action but very quiet & peaceful at night. It was clean & spacious. Amaia sent us a long list of suggestions of places to go for food & drinks which was really helpful. She also helped us out with booking a local taxi to Hendaye train station at the end of our stay.

Absolutely brilliant apartment, clean, cozy and very quiet considering how central it is, all products for cleaning and toiletries provided, including some sweets and water in the fridge to coffee pods for the machine, Location was brilliant, everything was on our doorstep. Could not believe how close to everything we where. Kira was brilliant she was fast and responsive to messages and kept in touch up to our trip and after we left, also offered recommendations if we needed any. I plan to visit san sebastian on the near future and will no doubt stay here again

Awesome, modern flat in the middle of town - perfect for walking between La Concha, Old Town and Zurriola and super quiet (given the central location). We loved it - excellent amenities, fast WiFi for “working from beach”, and comfy bed. Hosts were also responsive, kind, and gave us outstanding recommendations to make the most of our stay. Would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends!

A truly stunning apartment. The views are huge and everywhere. The location cannot be beat. The host was super easy to communicate with. We absolutely loved our stay in this very beautiful spot.

Had a wonderful stay in San Sebastian. The place was very clean, had easy access, and a great location with lots of shops/restaurants in walking distance. Carolina was a wonderful host and very responsive to our questions. We couldn't have asked for much more!

We loved our second stay at this beautiful apartment. It is in the best location and has everything we could ever want. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Maria Jesus was super responsive and answered our questions immediately. We hope to be back soon, but in the meantime we couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Amazing!!! Jons place is perfect, light and airy, clean and spacious. Jon is the best Airbnb host I have ever had. Super helpful with everything and just a nice guy. Super responsive and called a taxi for us. Also loved his recommendation list. Already planning on coming back asap. Would recommend this place to anyone staying in San Sebastián!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay, made our few days in San Sebastián very special. We have already said to Jon that we would like to come back! The apartment is in the perfect location, beautifully furnished, and tremendously relaxing. Having a balcony with a view straight to the beach is idyllic.

Excellent Stay, Perfect Location! My friend and I had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, super walkable, right by Old Town which made it super easy to do the iconic tapas hopping in the Old Town and exploring. We even were able to walk to the nearby beach and went surfing! Natalia was incredibly nice and helpful, and both beds including sofa bed were super comfy. I highly recommend staying here to enjoy your stay in San Sebastian!

We had an incredible time in San Sebastián and a lot of that had to do with our stay here. Such a great location with amazing restaurants and bars near by (you must try Desy Vegas). Paula’s flat was spacious, stylish and had beautiful natural light. 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend!

What a find! Right in the middle of the old town with all it's bars and restaurants within a stones throw. Lovely, well furnished and equipped 7th floor apartment with large balcony overlooking the town. Although we didn't get the chance to meet Monica she was quick to respond if we had any queries. San Sebastian is a magnificent town and we couldn't have been in a better place to explore. Thankyou again Monica, we'll be back next year, if you'll have us, and we might get the chance to meet then!

Thanks Mikel for hosting an amazing stay in San Sebastián. The apartment is perfectly located and walkable to the beach and the Old Town. The apartment was clean and in good condition and perfect for travelling with a young baby.

We had a fanatic stay here. The apartment is beautiful and the location is unbeatable. So many great bars around the apartment and the beach is a short stroll away. One thing to note, because of the great location you will find that the room on the road side is quite noisy until late and from early again, but small price to pay to be in the heart of San Sebastián. Wd highly recommend staying here and hope to return!

We had a great stay at Julie's cottage. A very well equipped accommodation, decorated with taste... The spa at the top... not to mention breakfast which is really worth it. We were very well hosted!!

Very nice apartment that matches the description and photos in every way. The hot tub is a real plus; It is well located because it is central. The train passing in front of the living room is absolutely not inconvenient, the bedrooms on the other side. Also Adam was very accommodating for check in and check out times. Recommended
