Our stay at Borja's was excellent. Rosa contacted us days before, giving us very clear instructions on how to get there, and when we asked to enter a little earlier, there was no problem. We were very kindly welcomed by Joel, her husband. The apartment is impeccable, everything is new and of good quality. The towels looked brand new. Great beds. Spectacular view. It's a little far from downtown, but the neighborhood is very nice and safe, and there's a supermarket nearby. There is also a bus stop at the door that connects to the entire city and surroundings. Everything was unbeatable. Thank you for everything Rosa and Joel!!

Mariu was very attentive, it had been a long time since I had stayed in a place with so many amenities and attention to detail, we were traveling with a baby and we were provided with everything necessary for his comfort and ours. In addition, the accommodation made you feel at home. And although it has stairs to access it, we could also leave the cart in the lower area of the house. Very happy and we would definitely stay here again

Very nice, super Clea and beautifully decorated appartment. Excellent location in the center. Aran was very kind and helpful and let stay a few hours longer. I was with my baby there for business and I was very stressed but the whole experience was great. The building is very clean and safe and the appartment had everything we could need. Very spacious place! It is on the third floor but we could leave the stroller on the ground floor which was handy. I wish we could stay longer. Totally recommended for families!

The apartment is spectacular, it exceeded our expectations, it's impeccable, clean, beautiful, tidy, it's new, the decoration is very nice, it's close to everything and has all the amenities. The hosts are very friendly, attentive and aware of everything.

A lovely place for a week vacation! Super central and close to the beach. Free parking a 5 min walk away, couldn’t ask for more. And, Hegoi is super responsive and a very helpful host! Highly recommend.

We have enjoyed our stay in Isabel's apartment. The apartment is cozy and very clean. We enjoyed the terrace with ocean views. Orio is beautifully situated with a beach and a beautiful sunset point. Can definitely be recommended if you are looking for a few quiet days by the sea. Throughout the stay, there was good communication with Isabel and the administrator.

Fantastic location and very spacious apartment. Had everything we needed for our stay in Donostia and the host was so easy to deal with and very friendly. We felt at home and loved the area it was located in. Easy walk to Gros, the old town, the beach and main bus station. Right in the shopping district with plenty of places to shop and eat. Easy to catch the local buses and also the regional buses to the towns of Getaria and Hondarribia. Would highly recommend.

Very nice apartment that matches the description and photos in every way. The hot tub is a real plus; It is well located because it is central. The train passing in front of the living room is absolutely not inconvenient, the bedrooms on the other side. Also Adam was very accommodating for check in and check out times. Recommended

Very friendly both: James and Nerea. Today we say goodbye and congratulate her on her birthday. He made it easy for us to park our car and we stayed in that bright space with beautiful views during family gatherings despite the rain.
