Pet-friendly vacation rentals in old nice, Nice

Erwin and Liliane are very friendly hosts, they live ‘next door’ but never intruded on our privacy. They were very helpful when we asked about anything (how to work the gas plancha, which villages to visit) The view is absolutely stunning. We had a large terrace plus the pool area to admire it from and of course the pool itself which I used every day. The area is a mix of busy coastal towns and quieter mountain scenery and villages. Great restaurant nearby. The apartment itself is a little old fashioned in places, but it had everything we needed. We were very happy there. Thank you Liliane and Erwin!

Beautiful and very well-equiped apartment in a peaceful countryside with absolute privacy. Paul and Nicole were lovely hosts who gave us a lot of tips and were at our disposal at all times. We felt like at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

Beautiful cottage off the coast of Nice in the heart of Eze. Perfect space for four guest. We were able to walk to Eze village as well as many restaurants, grocer and bakeries in under 10 mins. On a rainy night we found comfort in this cozy cottage making our own dinner from food we got at the grocery in town.

A stylish home being made better all the time. A lovely house with a huge garden area that always had sun or shade. And a proper big bed - essential! Communication was very easy. Located only 20 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Vence. A good choice.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We have had a wonderful stay at Philippe’s home. The house was beautiful and particularly suitable for our family stay with a small baby. He was very accommodating answering any queries promptly. The information instructions provided were very detailed and helpful. The swimming pool was wonderful as the weather was hot and the air conditioning was very welcome. We were a group of six and the house was very spacious with plenty of room for three couples and a baby. We would like to thank Philippe for hosting us. We have wonderful memories of a lovely holiday at Cagnes sur Mer.

Amazing villa overlooking the valley and Saint Paul de Vence. The views, privacy and peacefulness is unmatched.. This home is in a very secure, gated community that is a great resting place for visiting many surrounding towns of Nice. Arrival by car is a MUST and you will not be disappointed… grest for family or couples as property has many amenities and the pool is perfect…!

Set in the hills above the city, Lars’ AirBnB offers beautiful views of the sea, mountains, and the city below. Lars is very responsive and helpful. Wake up early, make a double espresso, and take in the view.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was spacious enough for four adults, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. Kevin is a great host—friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My recent stay was complete perfection. The apartment was fully equipped and immaculately clean. Our hosts were super helpful, friendly and attentive. Their place felt private & peaceful with multiple options for excellent transport links. Overall could not recommend enough and cannot wait to return!

We loved the apartment! Fab location, very clean, very secure. Brilliant having secure parking also. Great location in between Cannes and Nice. Communication with Kevin & Mathieu excellent. Mathieu's welcome very comprehensive and friendly. Fantastic shower in the bathroom!! Lovely, spacious balcony. Beautiful roof top pool with gorgeous views. We would highly recommend this stay and would not hesitate to return.

Our stay in Nice was wonderful! This location was excellent for walking to the beach and even from the train station which is so close. We could even walk with our suitcases. Very nice. A beach feel for sure. Great place.

This was a perfect location in Old Nice. Easy to walk to everything. I love a good hike so the 5th floor location was welcomed! I would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at Carole's. Location is an easy walk to Old Town , shopping area , beach , train station , all within 10 minutes. You are also spoilt for choice with many surrounding restaurants , we particularly enjoyed one a block or so away called Piccolo Mondo , La Trattoria was also good just down the road. The flat is very spacious and we felt very safe with good security doors on the entrance. It has a lovely little balcony that you can sit and enjoy the surroundings and a lift which was helpful with heavy baggage. The king bed was comfortable and the furnishings/amenities in the flat ( fridge , washing machine , air con , tv etc ) were modern and good quality. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spacious one bedroom , well positioned home in the middle of Nice.

Great place as described. Central to town.

The apartment looked exactly as advertised, was clean, and Medhi was great! (Very accommodating, responsive etc). It is in a very central location. You can walk everywhere you need to go within 5 to 15 min. But this comes with a lot of noise at night. First with the people in restaurants and then the staff dragging tables and chairs in once everyone has left. If you are in Nice to party, this is really the perfect spot. If you are there to relax and go to bed early, I’d tell you to consider staying in a different location. Check in was very easy. But the key is about a 6 min walk away. That sounded fine but I had a bunch of luggage and a dog, and trying to get around the small sidewalks was not super easy. Medhi was very accommodating when I checked out so I could avoid some of that. (Very much appreciated) Overall, I recommend staying here.

(Apologies for the late review) The check-in process is awesome! We were able to follow the instructions Pierre provided and checked-in ourselves. The sunset in France is not until 9 or 10 in summer, so even when we arrived around 8 pm, it is very well lit. Just to note that you might need to press a little hard on the keypad to enter the password at the first entrance. The elevator is pretty fast, and the stairs are nice and made of marble. Pierre’s place is super clean. It was probably professionally cleaned, which we really like. Across the street, there’s a pharmacy and organic grocery store- super convenient if you want to get some groceries and sunscreen. Train station is about 10 minutes walk, and the ocean is about less than 5 minutes walk. There are also numerous food options within walking distance. The loft is really nice, but might be difficult for some people to get on to. There are mosquitos, so make sure you don’t leave the patio door open for too long in summer.

It was a delight staying in this apartment! The view of Masséna Place was fabulous. We closed the windows and used the fan provided for white noise, so the night noise didn’t bother us at all. Seb was a great host, very friendly, meeting us and showing us the details we needed in the apartment. He gave local recommendations as well. We highly recommend staying in this apartment. The bed was comfortable, the apartment was well stocked, and the location is superb. Public transportation is easily acceptable and minutes away.
