The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Dear Guests, From this centrally located accommodation, you can reach Maisach train station on foot in 3 minutes. The S-Bahn (suburban train) will take you to Munich's main train station in 27 minutes, and the A8 motorway is 5.4 km away. There is an EDEKA supermarket in the building next to the apartment. A pizzeria, an ice cream parlor, and an Indian restaurant are within walking distance. Beautiful destinations such as Lake Ammersee is a 20-minute drive away. Lake Starnberg very close.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The S-Bahn connection can be reached in 8 minutes by bus. In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. A well-equipped kitchen is at your disposal.

Cozy apartment in Dachau

Our apartment is on the 1st floor in a quiet but centrally located residential area in Dachau. It is very spacious (1 bedroom and 1 living room/bedroom). For 5 people or more, we open another bedroom in the attic of the house. Our apartment has its own roof terrace. Munich is easily accessible via the nearby train station (approx. 12 minutes). But Dachau and its surroundings are also worth seeing. Shops serving everyday needs are nearby.

House near the S-Bahn, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom

I offer my partially renovated house for rent. The house is quietly located on a side street. The Puchheim S-Bahn stop is less than a 10-minute walk away. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the city center / Munich Marienplatz. A private parking space is available. There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor there is a guest toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room, which is currently being renovated.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

In the kitchen-living room, you can not only cook, but also sit comfortably together. The living room is the heart of the apartment - with stunning views of the large garden. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms and a workplace. In addition to the bathtub, there is a separate toilet.

A narrow spindle staircase leads to the small apartment for max. 2 people. Double bed, bathroom with shower, small kitchen, view into the garden. The barbecue and terrace may be used. To Waldschwaigsee about 400 m, to the bus stop about 200 m. My dog walks freely around the premises. Dachau is 2 km away, to Munich about 15 km.
