Everything was really exactly as described :-) The accommodation is surrounded by nature and it is really very pleasant to have your first coffee on the terrace :-)

Beautiful apartment in a great location with beautiful sea views

An overnight stay. Christiane was there to greet us as well as on our departure. The apartment was small but sufficient, and clean. Excellent, fast, clear communication from Christiane and always done with a huge smile and kind laughter.

Very beautiful apartment and made with good taste. Everything is adapted to our comfort Pleasant bedding The only downside is the parking a little far away but unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about it

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Small as expected, but had everything you might want. Great location with free parking nearby. Short walk to great bars, restaurants and sightseeing. Thank you Huan for your great communication and a great place to stop over in Beziers.

I have stayed in airbnbs all over the world and this by far is one of the best. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. The towels were luxurious and not chintzy. Best of all, it is tucked away on a quiet and charming street in the middle of absolutely everything. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here for a few days or longer!

Beautiful and spacious apartment, everything you need was present. Beautiful covered terrace with nice views of Canal du Midi and the boats that sail by. Parking for car and bicycle rack was present which is convenient. The village has a large supermarket, bakery, .... everything within walking distance. There is one restaurant just below the terrace, but it does not cause any nuisance. Right on the bike route and we cycled to Carcassonne and Le Somail. Two nice places. Also visited Narbonne and the Abaye de Fontfroide. Very nice. The week was so filled in a quiet, natural environment. Definitely recommended.

Our stay was perfect, thanks again to the advice and hospitality of Régis who is an impeccable, available, warm and good host for visiting the area around the accommodation. We will keep fond memories of our stay in Coursan.

Pierre's house was beautiful! I stayed with family of six adults. We were greeted by the lovely Michelle who showed us round. The house is perfectly and stylishly kitted out with everything you could need. The pool area was a fantastic place to relax, eat meals, swim and play table tennis! We spent most of our time there when not out exploring the region. Pierre recommended the Vin Bikes wine tasting tour. Highly recommend this. Amazing electric mountain bike tour of the local scenery and vinyards with a local guide, followed by wine tasting with local cheeses under the shade of a large olive tree. It was perfect. The location is great for driving to several iconic historical towns, cities and beaches. Pierre and Michelle were always reachable to answer any questions. Check out was a breeze. Would stay again! A wonderful location overlooking the walla of the historic city. Well appointed with all you need to have a fantastic stay. Great to have outside space and a very sociable kitchen perfect for a days away woth friend or family. The fruit and patisseries were si welcome. Sixtine and Christine were wonderful hosts and so responsive. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic holiday in the most beautiful accommodation and setting that we have ever stayed (and we like nice places 👌). The rural and peaceful setting is idilic, the house is so charming and Gilles was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay! Very pleasant stopover, impeccable accommodation and great kindness from Edwige who welcomed us. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Nestled in a green setting with stunning views of the Tarn below, we spent 3 very relaxing weeks. The place is rejuvenating and remains close (15' by car) to multiple water, cultural (castles) and walking activities. Valérie and Eric are discreet hosts and very pleasant to talk to. Apartment number 4 that we occupied may seem simple at first glance but has all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bedding and sofa. Excellent wifi reception. Stay cool even when it's very hot outside. The large swimming pool and the many deckchairs equipped with mattresses are an additional asset! In short, I highly recommend it, it was great!!

We had a wonderful stay. Catherine and her husband were lovely. I told her that we had an early flight but there was no rush to get the apartment ready before the stated check in time however, they rang us to say that it was ready well before. The apartment is in the perfect location right on the beach with a huge balcony that gets the hot morning sun, perfect for some private sunbathing and you can even sit and watch the kids playing on the beach from it! We had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. The beach was quiet on week days and busier on the weekend. We loved having the pool which was always clean and has a shallow end for the kids. There are restaurants just down the road with friendly staff and you can walk up the beach to the main town and harbour or take the bus from right outside the apartment. All in all we loved our stay and would definitely stay at Catherine's again!

Very nice quiet apartment with astounding views of the Thau pond. Clean and well organized. Cleaning was not included in the prize and proper cleaning materials not provided.

Pleasant stay in the property. We were put at apartment number 5, including a small terrace that was not mentioned in the listing. The air conditioning worked perfectly, no complaints. Just plan what to do with the dishes and clean it because nothing on site. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. You can hear a lot of the outside from the bedroom despite the window and the shutter closed so it's a bit of a shame. Overall we were not disappointed, very good value for money, I recommend it!
