The cabin is located by itself, and yet only 20 km from the city center. 3 km to a beautiful beach. The large terrace with outdoor fireplace expands the living area in summer and winter. Low light pollution in the area provides great opportunities to see the Northern Lights! Barbecue hut and hot tub are free to use. Ideal for families with children, couples and groups of friends.

It is 3-400 meters to another beach with playground equipment, volleyball court etc. There are great hiking opportunities on the island to Skaga lighthouse or to the many beaches on the island. It is 15 min. to drive to Stø with Hvalsafari, 15 min. to Myre where you will find a good selection of shops (sports , clothing stores, liquor store, 4 grocery st.etc.).

Welcome to Farmorhuset in Nykvåg, in the middle of beautiful Vesterålen. The house was built in 1954 and combines nostalgic 50s style with today's amenities for a comfortable stay. I have inherited this house from my father, who in turn inherited it from his mother, and it has therefore been important for me to preserve the soul and history of the house. Farmorhuset has three bedrooms with a total of four beds, which makes the house perfect for both small families and groups of friends.
