Places to stay in Ojai

One of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very comfortable. Great living space. Comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Kureig with coffee, including decaf!! A small basket of snacks. They had it stocked with everything I needed. Decorated very nicely. Super quiet neighborhood.

I absolutely loved staying here. I came here with my dog for a short getaway from LA and to check out the Santa Ynez area. The fenced in yard was perfect for my dog, who was in bliss with all the space, new smells and nature sounds. The guest house is so cute, private and opens out to the pool and yard area that is on top of a hill overlooking other vast properties with horses grazing, grapes growing, hawks flying over...It’s so beautiful and peaceful. Everything in the guest house was clean and organized, even pool towels were provided for me and my dog. The bed was very comfortable and I loved leaving the windows open for a breeze and to hear all the birds and other night sounds. The property is a short drive to Santa Ynez and Los Olivos, both very nice to walk around and very dog friendly! Cute restaurants and Alanna recommended a few dog friendly options for me. I loved my stay here, Alanna was a great host, and I hope to be back.

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this stone house and it couldn’t be anything better. The garden/private entrance from the bedroom is perfect for my husband and our dog. We spent the night just chilling in the garden and grilling. The bed is so comfortable and the stone shower is unique. The kitchen has everything that we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. What a beautiful place to stay in Santa Barbara!

We loved this place for a girls weekend. Beds were comfy and lots of room to sit and visit.

This cottage is so special. If you are looking for a getaway to reset and connect to nature this is for you. It was so nice to be tucked away and close to nature yet close enough for short drive to town/activities. Jennifer was a great host, so accommodating and responsive. We went to a few of her recommendations in the manual and enjoyed them all. You can tell how much love goes into this property. It was a very peaceful, special stay, we would be thrilled to go again.

A true hidden gem! This little spot was an absolute sanctuary. Tucked away in the canyon, we were completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to the gentle chirping of birds each morning was pure bliss. It felt like we had our own private slice of paradise, with stunning views and a profound sense of peace. If you're looking to disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the natural world, this is the place to be. We left feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!

We felt so at home in Donna's sweet casita! It was perfectly located for our reunion with family members who live only five blocks away from her property, which is in a pretty, very walkable neighborhood. The cottage was exactly as pictured, and Donna was a welcoming and responsive host. We would love to return to the casita the next time we're visiting family in Ventura.

We had a great stay at Jill’s place. Everything was very clean and comfortable and we were able to walk to the beach!

We had a really great weekend at the Redwood Cabin! The location was great, feeling secluded while still convenient to the main roads and a short drive to the main drag of Ojai. Beautiful property that was fun to explore in between activities, and we saw Cafe the dog a few times and got to say hi. The interior is really nicely updated while still maintaining its rustic feel, and it smells amazing both inside and out. We were there for a short while so mostly dined in town, but the kitchen was well-equipped. Would recommend this place to anyone!

The cabin was a wonderful, cozy place to stay while exploring PMC. It's very well kept with a responsive and friendly host.

Camilla was very responsive and even reached out to us independently to ask how we were doing and if we needed anything. Her casa kitchen was well stocked, the cottage is very cute , comfortable bed living area is relaxing and an easy quick drive to Ojai. We will definitely want to stay again when in the area. We highly recommend.

absolutely amazing. beyond words! I travel internationally a lot, and use AirBnB quite a lot. This has to be my top favorite!.. very rustic locale yet well appointed and well equipped amenities. Sleep in a yurt AND have a hot shower and an indoor toilet?! amazing. to thoughtfully designed and laid out, tons of cute nooks to sit and read or eat. Super private! A real refuge. You don't even hear the residents whose property you are on because this is hidden in the furthest little corner of its own. If it wasn't for the occasional plane overhead once a day, you would forget other people exist! Tons of bird singing (saw a real blue bird!), frog choir turns on at night sounding so perfect I thought it was a sound machine :)). Amazing bed and mattress, slept like a baby! I think it says air mattress on the listing, I'm pretty sure it's an actual solid mattress! Loved grilling outside, loved the little propane fire pit, it does provide warmth at night. Only bad part is leaving!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

Very peaceful place and equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. There was available parking in front of the property at all times. Truly such a charming space and I could tell that a lot of thought went into creating the tiny home. Jeff was very responsive and proactive with communication.

Patty & Bob's place is just magical. A real find! They provided a lovely welcome basket with fruit & sparkling apple juice for us to enjoy on arrival. Our dog, Charlie Parker was not left out either, a doggie welcome basket with bowls, bed, blankets, treats and a little toy - made him feel very at home! Inside we had everything we needed & the place was spotlessly clean. They provided lots of towels and toiletries. There were games, DVDs etc. The kitchen was well equipped with coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Outside is just beautiful. A wonderful large pool and spa surrounded by greenery with birds singing all day. There were nesting birds we could watch from the spa! Beautiful gardens with sculptures to enjoy & walk around. The top has an amazing view with seats to sit and enjoy nature. Most of all Patty and Bob were just lovely and made us feel very welcome while not encroaching on our private enjoyment of their place at all. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we hope to be back

We felt totally at ease the minute we walked into Kara's pristine Airbnb rental. Her space emanates clean and vibrant energy on the subtle plane and the physical as well. We have never encountered such a lovingly appointed room, filled with playful Mexican sculptures, gorgeous crystals, and a top-of-the-line kitchen. Peaceful and quiet, her Ojai House is a perfect spot to re-energize and to experience serenity. I'm sure we will be returning on a future visit to Ojai!
