Our home is a new family house on the riverside of the Kemijoki, 12 km from Rovaniemi. The house is in a scenic and spacious yard. We have all modern facilities. The house has automatic heating and air conditioning. Sauna, bathroom, free WIFI, washer/dryer, dishwasher, induction stove/oven, fireplace, etc. We have a large terrace facing the river. There is an open garage with a socket for the winter motor heating. House is excellent for families with children to enjoy different activities.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Supermarket, bus station, and train station within walking distance. There's a free parking along Karhunkaatajantie. You can also park to the in yard for 3 hours with a parking disc. This holiday home, built in 2013, is located only about a 30-minute drive from the center of Rovaniemi and Santa Claus Village. The cabin has two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a fireplace, and a wood-fired sauna where you can experience the Finnish sauna culture. There is also a private lean-to (laavu) on the premises.
