The garden is very large and fully equipped with a barbecue, lounge furniture, and a hot tub. Sauna. An inflatable bouncy castle for children can be booked on request. Supermarket, bakery, S-Bahn (suburban train), playgrounds, and the city park are all within a 5-minute walk. Lake Starnberg is 15 minutes away – a day trip by sailing yacht can be booked.
