Was a perfect place!

Christina’s place was great - lots of space and she and her husband were welcoming. I worked remotely here for a month while skiing and was comfortable the entire time. The neighborhood is very peaceful and residential. I’m 6 ft 3 in and, I needed to duck to go through the doorways in the Airbnb as this is a basement apartment with lower ceilings (as described). You should consider this if you think that’s an issue

We had an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view and the surroundings were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, four comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and even a huge selection of board games that kept us entertained in the evenings. The instructions for check-in and house rules were clear and easy to follow, and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Jason and Serah were the best hosts during our visit here! It was such a beautiful area and we were grateful for all the amenities. They also helped us out when we were having car issues, which saved us a lot of time. We hope to be back again in the future! (:

Carolina’s basement apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple visiting Salt Lake City. The place was immaculate—tidy, clean, and stocked with every essential. During my six-day stay, the hosts brought fresh towels after three days. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and I always felt safe coming home at any hour. Downtown Salt Lake City isn’t far; you can walk, take the bus, or grab an Uber. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for its convenience, charm, and price.

Have stayed here before. Will always choose this place. Convenient to my sons home and Layton itself. Really enjoy the space. Clean tidy Just a nice place to hang out

Excellent host! Place was in a beautiful neighborhood. Very quiet.

Excellent place. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were in great shape with plenty of utensils, cooking equipment, bedding and towels to use. My only wish would be better lighting on the entrance. There are lights at the top of steps by the driveway but they never came on. No light at the entrance and difficult to see after dark to get the key in the lock unless you use your phone light. Overall, a great place to stay for the cost.

We stayed here while attending our son’s graduation in Ogden, and it was absolutely perfect. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient—close to restaurants, Weber State University, and other local spots. The host was friendly and responsive, which made check-in and communication smooth. It was a wonderful place to come back to and unwind after the excitement of the graduation. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

We loved staying at David's place! Everything was exactly as it was described and David was extremely attentive and helpful with making us feel comfortable. The only downside I would say is that you can hear everything happening upstairs such as footsteps, music, and conversations, but it was not loud enough to disturb us and it did not bother us at all as it was expected from any basement room. I would definitely love to stay here again if I am in the area again!

Quiet and comfortable stay. I had trouble with the lock when we first arrived (my user error) and Chase was right there to help.

Loved!! I loved we had privacy! The basement was very clean, comfortable and we got the best sleep! Everything was well stocked and even had some extra snacks for us. I loved that there was a washer and dryer and large closets for our belongs or even a place for my kids to change clothes. I loved that it was nice and cool in the basement too but the beds and covers were nice and warm too. I also liked that there was a fan in the double bed room for my kids to have some white noise! We were there for a wedding so the iron was used a lot too! 5 stars!

Amazing basement that didn't feel like a basement! It was comfortable and cozy and had all the amenities plus some with clear instructions for everything. We enjoyed playing ping pong and also spent time in the hot tub. Beautiful home and lovely neighborhood!

This place was bigger than we thought and so clean that it smelled new! Very friendly host and clear instructions.

Great space. Cozy. Chad made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're skiing at one of the nearby ski areas.

Was a great place to stay for the days we stayed. Very clean when we arrived. It was such a charming little place to stay. Our hosts were responsive with questions or concerns we had. The neighborhood was nice and the views driving there were beautiful. Would definitely recommend to others or stay again. :)

Great deal! The place was clean, comfortable, and very well-stocked. Good location, easy parking, safe neighborhood, AC was solid. The backyard was a bit overgrown, and the bonfire area could have been better prepared, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Water dispenser was also not functional. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend.

We had a nice day at Melinda's; I was driving cross -country with my new rescue pup and needed a place to stay with little notice... Melinda was warm and accommodating. Great communication! Just perfect for what we needed.

Great price for a great place. Was exactly how I’d was described. Host always reachable and answered all of our questions. Close to restaurants and target and Walmart. Super roomy and the ping pong/ pool table was a hit with our family! Beds were comfy and had plenty of towels and bathroom things. Would definitely come back next time we’re in Utah!
